Really annoying. I use their app for 1 year, the product is great. But the pricing is quite expensive compare to our need and usage, so we switch to another solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
And now, Ringover keep charging us 311 EUR per month, for already 3 months. They don't reply to our email, they find excuses like "we tried to call you to discuss about your cancellation..." but I don't want to discuss, I just want to cancel and get refund for the past 3 months of SCAM/abuse basically.
