It's helpful if you don't want to use the terminal to avoid cross-contamination. The thing I like least is the delay prior to it posting to the account it can mess up posting into the account if you do anything during that delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are affordable and reliable when sending messages. You can use E-mail, text, or a call. It will only send the reminder if they have an appointment once. Not a "We haven't seen you in a while" message, which our patients prefer to only get reminders when they have an appointment. You can also choose the time it is sent or send one at a specific time. We use that feature to let patients know when their supplements are in and avoid the awkward silence when we call them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oversold ease of use and promises of a smooth transition from our prior payment processing system to PM Bridge. Implementation is still a nightmare. We agreed to move from TSYS Transaction Central payment processing to PM Bridge because TSYS is an integrated payment partner with our EHR , NextGen. Our workflow is processing credit card payments through the NextGen Practice Management application and the price is processed and posted to the patient's account and transaction reported and reconciled in TSYS Transaction Central. Integrated solution. Rectangle Health promised a similar integrated workflow between PM Bridge and NextGen. Implementation involved downloading local access to the PM Bridge cloud based application, connection of new credit card processing terminals at several workstations, then user training. Interface between PM Bridge and NextGen payment transaction screens not working. Today we tried processing credit card transactions on the new terminals and they are not working. I have emailed and left VM messages for tech support and VP of sales, and no response. We are ready to cancel our service agreement due to breach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple to place a payment. The system allows for ease of creating recurring payments. No problems looking up payment history. Plenty of helpful reports for accounting purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love how easy it is to communicate with our patients. They love the text reminder. We get complimented on that service daily. It is easy for me to reply right back to them if they want to reschedule. This service helps keep our relationship with our patients personal but takes a lot off our plate.
