Sometimes the system incurs a tunneling issue and the system doesn't send the reminders. Because our patients are so used to getting the reminders they sometimes forget their appointment if they don't receive the reminder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only had it for about a week....It is 90% integrated with our Eaglesoft Dental Software and when it works properly it is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Patient must first swipe card (regardless if its a chip card or not) then is prompted to insert chip

2. Tap cards don't process AT ALL, even though it is set up to (told by rectangle not their issue have to contact verifone)

3. Not all payments automatically post like they are supposed to

Doesn't give the option for the patient to choose debit (called Rectangle was told that it is all how the card/chip are set up with the issuing bank and it will only prompt for debit if it is a debit only card) Well, that's convenient....Rectangle gets higher fee reimbursement for credit cards. I know as a consumer using the same terminals out in about in stores I always have the option to select debit. I tried using my debit card on the terminal and I do not have the option to select debit (so there goes their theory as it is how the issuing card holder sets up the card)
