I love that you can store peoples information in the vault and charge them whenever need be without all of their information from their card showing. I like that you can set up people on auto-pay where you do not have to constantly go in and type their card info. each and every time. the system is super easy to navigate and learn. I also like how you can print off reports at the end of the day that can either tell you a grand total alone or it can provide a breakdown of all the payments that were ran that day, which can be helpful. So the only downside for me is that some of the auto-payments cant be scheduled like every other week so you have to individually put that in if it is every other week, the normal is usually every month for a payment which is ideal but some patients need different options. One thing that can be annoying is every time i turn around i have to re-login to the account which can take up more time....but at the same time i like it because of security purposes. Since we began using Reminder Call as our text messaging service we have seen an increase in clients keeping appointments. Also, it has decreased the phone calls from clients asking when and what time their appointment is.
Reminder Call is a breeze to use. It is directly connected to our online client data base. When we go to send daily check reminders we are able to check those that have given us permission to text them and uncheck those who do not want to receive a text reminder.
Since we have a couple of different administrative assistants, it is nice to be able to see that the text reminders were sent and also see who has replied to the reminder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this point, the only downside would be that we are unable to text back. For those clients who are unable to keep their appoint, we'd rather text back and forth then get a notice to call them. Our clients are millennials and iGen's, so their primary method of communication is texting. It would help in serving our clients better to be able to text back through Reminder call. It defaults to the last Reminder Template I used instead of a letting us set a default template. Is there a way to set a default? There have been times I wasn't paying attention and sent a cancellation text to all of our appointments.
I also dislike that clients can send us any letter of the alphabet so if they send us something other can C to confirm or X to cancel; we don't know if they're coming or not LOL! That's more user error but I wonder if there's a way to streamline that? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rectangle Health interfaces very well with Eaglesoft Dental Software because it applies payments directly to our patients accounts and I don't have to worry missing a payment. I can also store credit card numbers within the encrypted vault so that patients do not have to worry about their information getting stolen. I haven't found anything that I really dislike. It does take a while to talk to a customer service representative for support, but when I can reach them, they are very helpful and professional Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have used Reminder Call in conjunction with our Ekyros database and it has worked so well to remind our clients of upcoming appointments and to get the clients' responses confirming their attendance at their appointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When an appointment reminder has been sent and a response has been registered, sometimes an additional reminder needs to be sent to that same client. The original response is not replaced and stays with the appointment even after another reminder. In order to register a different response, the entire appointment has to be deleted and re-added so a different response can be registered.
