What do you like best about Raptor Services?

As the title says the journey started bumpy but i like the way Raptor has taken us through the process and im happy with the product :-)

We had a long run with some issues before our services from Raptor was flying.

the rapid switching and expertise of colleagues ensures that collaboration runs quickly and smoothly.

What do you like best about Raptor Services?

I really like that you can use the CDP without IT involvement. You get easy access to customer data and can built your own attributes and audiences quick. One of the features I reaaly think is cool in the audiencebuilder is the Audience insights. Here you can quickly get an overview of the Customer Lifetime Value of this specific segment and compare it to the rest of the customer data base. A thing I also used very much is the instant calculation of how many people there are in an audience. In this way we can test a hypothesis easy and see how many people who are in the audience and which value they have for the business. This is normally a super complex tasks, but with Raptor CDP you can do it in minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raptor Services?

It is near realtime, but not 100% realtime, but close to. It does not do the journey orchestration like in the last mile system. It would be cool to have the whole customer journey visualised so you could create the joruney orchestration or business rules in the cDP, so you can connect the different experiences. Raptor is a strong powerful product. Raptor works best if you have a large product catalog and purchase activity, combining both offline and online metrics to build the best results for you. What do you like best about Raptor Services?

Raptor Services web personalisation and product recommandation engine are easy to implement and bring value in a few weeks. Their user interface is easy to understand. You see what you will get.

What I also like is their academy platform. It is well built to help you as user follow your progress. It is based on a step by step learning approach that encourages you to pursue till you get certified.

Furthermore their teams are there to help you on the different steps of your onboarding journey. From demo, learning, implementation to building your first audiences there is always someone available to help.

Finally I also like the possibilities to connect to other external solutions like campaign orchestrations tools or content management systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raptor Services?

The downside of Raptor Services today is the languages in which the user interface is available. Some technical profiles would need this to be sure to perform the right action.
