The Raptor product was extremely adaptable to connect to the different feeds and API's we had available in the company. This menat that we were able to make use of exisiting feeds without have to create new ones. The Raptor product also allowed us to create highly customised modules that provide all the attributes we needed to reference in our emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be better if we we able to self-serve test data from the live tracking feeds however that being said our Raptor consultant is very proactive is providing this data at a quick turnaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were able to implement Raptor's E-mail Personalization & Triggers within just 30 days, with the assistance of Raptor's Professional Service consultant. Raptor has been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire implementation process, always focused on ensuring the success of myself and my colleagues.

During the implementation of Raptor's E-mail Personalization & Triggers, we encountered challenges with the help section and documentation on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. These resources were not as comprehensive as we had hoped, leading us to seek assistance from an external Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultant. Fortunately, we were able to rely on the expertise of an individual who had collaborated with Raptor for several years. Easy implementation, easy to work with & an 'always on' customer support. We benefit on a daily basis from our customer data platform - making our email campaigns more relevant and personel. Using Raptors recommendations onsite save us a ton of work & increasing our customers basket sizes. All in all a great SaaS, which we hopefully will use and grow with in coming years.
