When you enter the office of Raptor Servies and you see that there're more developers than other employees. You know this is a great tool. What do you like best about Raptor Services?

With the CDP, we were able to reduce our CPA from 156.74 DKK to 57.31 DKK – almost one-third of the original cost. Compared to META, Raptor takes into account more data points, which means that the CDP is able to recognize a more concrete group of users and target them with hyper-relevant ads. The CDP helps us target exactly the customers we want to. We can build audiences based on cross channel data and pinpoint exactly who needs to be included or excluded from specific marketing campaigns. We can single out specific customers or audiences and learn more about their CLV. We can target potential new customers from look-a-like audiences and introduce them to our products. What do you like best about Raptor Services?

I like the fact that they're one step ahead. Everyone is talking AI today, but when I studied for the Raptor User Certification in 2019 I learned and read all about AI, machine learning, deep learning etc. On top of that I've on and off been a user of Raptor Services in different situations, and I've always succeded in using the service to our advantage.

I also remember the Raptor team being very cooperative when I implemented Raptor for Salesforce back in 2016-2017-ish and together we succeeded. Even today that is a very valuable memory Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raptor Services?

I'm not sure. Maybe the cost as it's moving into (or feeling like) an enterprice solution, but I've never been in charge of negotiations, and those that have, have never felt the need to complaint when measuring effect vs cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Raptor Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm able to segment my marketing and stay relevant in a way that would be very hard to maintain on my own. As a recent user of the Raptor CDP this have become even more valuable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
