Raptor is a easy to use platform to really segment your data from multiple sources that enables us execute personalized marketing campaigns. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, even for me, who for non-tech people. So really made for marketeers. It's easy to integrate with any other tool. I really haven't had any negative experiences with Raptor Services as of right now. If I were to mention one small thing, I would like for behavioral triggers to mention exactly how they are configured in the Dashboard. Yes you can create a description but why not add that as soon as the trigger is created? Next would be to also make this information available in our e-mail platform in the flows.
