What do you like best about Raintree Systems?

that they are always making updates and allow their users to have a voice. This has been dying down lately but used to be something I really enjoyed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Raintree Systems?

From implementation to support the Raintree teams are diligent and professional. I like their team commitment to researching ways to utilize the EMR Plugins and configurations to meet needs. Our CSM is extremely helpful and gathers the resources needed to help us understand and implement features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raintree Systems?

The custom services and subscription package process is cumbersome and takes a lot of time to manage. There's got to be a better way! We have been waiting a long time for the standard yellowfin dashboards. We are at a standstill while we wait for this integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Raintree Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

With our entire pediatric division on Raintree we are now able to align our processes and clinical requirements. As we configure features and document best practices within Raintree we can train all of operations and monitor the success of our direction. Utilizing Raintree for RCM claims cleanup and processing has been extremely beneficial and we will now be realizing revenue improvements. Once staff is trained we are finding that Raintree is user-friendly and there is very little issues reported or need for ongoing support. Our internal ticket count is very low so we our able to focus on enhancement and feature implementation rather than support issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Raintree Systems?

I have owned Raintree for over 10 years. I chose Raintree due to the flexibility of the system as I have multiple systems/sources that I use for report writing. Raintree facilitated custom templates for us to use which made the assessment process easier for our practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raintree Systems?

Sometimes I do not get an answer on a case for over a week. I have to contact support to get updates, and they have to escalate the problem to engineers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Raintree Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

Raintree has been instrumental in our billing practice. Speech therapy/billing is complicated (primary/secondary payor) have different interpretations for coding. Raintree helped to create primary/secondary billing filters so that errors are not made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Raintree Systems?

Rain Tree is helpful with putting in Insurance. It is very easy to learn. Scheduling is very easy. I also like at the bottom of the page it shows all the patients information, that way you dont have to get into the chart to see everything. I like the way we can have different colors for different Insurances. This is very helpfull to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raintree Systems?

I dont like that it will not tell me if a patient is already in the system. It needs to tells us if there is a patient in the system with the same birthday and let us decide if it is the same person. I also would like it to show me only my patients went i am looking for a patient to schedule, Instead of looking thru all of the patient in the corporation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had problem of checking Patients ins visit limits. Now they are on the same page with the appointment. It also is helpful that i can see the patient info like the Phone number and date of birth on the same page as the schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raintree Systems?

How to follow schedules is my least favorite and that when you add info under provider pay information, you have to update what is already there. It would make more sense, also for tracking purposes, to be able to add a new payment rate if and when that providers rates change. Therefore having dates available to confirm with our records. What do you like best about Raintree Systems?

I love the reporting that raintree offers. Before switching to raintree we had to do a lot of our KPIs by hand. Now it's runs automatically and saves us a lot fo time. I also love all of the features on Connect and what it can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raintree Systems?

My least favorite thing is somethimes it takes a long time to get help with the cases. I'd really like for that process to be a little faster. I also do not like how we can not email our light records to try to recapture those who didn't become patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Raintree is helping us try and figure out a way that we can use the request an appointment option to market to nonpaitents in areas that we do not have a clinic to schedule telemedicine appointments! What do you like best about Raintree Systems?

Our organization has occupational, physical, feeding, and speech therapy and Raintree makes our documentation easy and uniformed. We are able to utilize intake, scheduling, documentation, and billing all in one place withing the same system. The Raintree team is always willing to help and problem solve situations that arise. What do you dislike about Raintree Systems?

When you have to make something customized to fit your clinic and the unique ways of how your buisness runs, you do not get the updates that could benefit what you had to make custom. It would be helpful to have communiation on updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Raintree Systems?

After looking at other companies EMR's I do like the simplicity of Raintree's daily note system. Especially the Daily SOAP note feature. I like that clinicians have multiple ways to document their daily notes to best suit their own style and be more efficient (LTNOTE). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raintree Systems?

As a Director, Raintree on the back end can be very difficult as often times what I think something should be called is not named that, thus I can't find it in help. You really need to know the Raintree terminology of each component of the system in order to query correctly. I also would like more direct contact with a specific customer support. person. It often feels like we are a number in line and have to wait a significant amount of time for response to tickets with no update. There is not alot of connection between the operation side of raintree (admin) and clinical though they very much are integral within the daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
