From implementation to support the Raintree teams are diligent and professional. I like their team commitment to researching ways to utilize the EMR Plugins and configurations to meet needs. The custom services and subscription package process is cumbersome and takes a lot of time to manage. There's got to be a better way! I have owned Raintree for over 10 years. I chose Raintree due to the flexibility of the system as I have multiple systems/sources that I use for report writing. Rain Tree is helpful with putting in Insurance. It is very easy to learn. Scheduling is very easy. I also like at the bottom of the page it shows all the patients information, that way you dont have to get into the chart to see everything. I dont like that it will not tell me if a patient is already in the system. It needs to tells us if there is a patient in the system with the same birthday and let us decide if it is the same person. How to follow schedules is my least favorite and that when you add info under provider pay information, you have to update what is already there. It would make more sense, also for tracking purposes, to be able to add a new payment rate if and when that providers rates change. Therefore having dates available to confirm with our records. I love the reporting that raintree offers. Before switching to raintree we had to do a lot of our KPIs by hand. Now it's runs automatically and saves us a lot fo time. I also love all of the features on Connect and what it can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our organization has occupational, physical, feeding, and speech therapy and Raintree makes our documentation easy and uniformed. We are able to utilize intake, scheduling, documentation, and billing all in one place withing the same system. The Raintree team is always willing to help and problem solve situations that arise. After looking at other companies EMR's I do like the simplicity of Raintree's daily note system. Especially the Daily SOAP note feature. I like that clinicians have multiple ways to document their daily notes to best suit their own style and be more efficient (LTNOTE). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a Director, Raintree on the back end can be very difficult as often times what I think something should be called is not named that, thus I can't find it in help. You really need to know the Raintree terminology of each component of the system in order to query correctly. I also would like more direct contact with a specific customer support. person. It often feels like we are a number in line and have to wait a significant amount of time for response to tickets with no update.
