There fanatical service means closing tickets as soon as possible, but not solving the problem. It takes 5 tickets for a simple task. They also lost all exchange email in ransomware attack last year and did nothing ...no communication for weeks. The ransomware was due to negligence on their part for not doing a simple patch. Towards the end of our engagement, it became challenging to get a hold of someone knowledgeable about our environment. The people that supported us seemed to be unskilled and not familiar with the particulars of our environment. There was also a lot of management turnover and a lack of overall project leadership. Rackspace email is a simple set-up. It works just like any other email server and gets the job done. Ish. I don't like the program and would rather be on something else, but it is fairly inexpensive as managed hosting goes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does not have an app. Connecting it to outlook or similar services is very touchy - it randomly disconnects and will not catch up. You cannot reset your password without going through an administrator. There seems to be a cap on emails sent and it will lock you out of your account, requiring you to again contact your administrator to get back into the server. I cannot claim to like this product. I like it being simple and easy to access. It's user-friendly interface helps the new users. The simplicity is undeniably helpful. Plus the Calendar that syncs with my schedule. All my contacts are saved in one place. It's like having your personalized work platform in one place. Highly recommend this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I don't see any problems when I use this, nor look for a feature they don't have. Basically everything you need for is here. One thing that I dislike would be their support team. When you ask for help on something they get back at you after more than 24 hours. Wish there could be an online support that could easily help upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rackspace has been a very reliable service and easy to work with. I am easily able to sign into their webmail services when I travel. I don't think I have every had any issues with their service not working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am pretty happy using Rackspace. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to put a check mark beside an email so I know it has been dealt with. Since this option is not available I forward Rackspace to another email application that allows me to do this so I can keep all my tasks in order.
