"Versatile Survey Platform with Powerful Analytics and Panel Management"
4/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

The best thing about this platform is its high versatility and good survey platform, which works well for feedback collection and advanced market research. And this platform's strength lies in its availability of features, from basic surveys to advanced-level analytics, logic branching and panel management, everything under a single platform. Their UI is also intutive nd offering detailed features within. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

Even though their platform is equipped with features, this platform can be too busy for new users to this platform when navigating around advanced logic and analytics. Also, some customisation options and reporting features should be more streamlined, and their design flexibility should be worked upon as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive Data Collection, Steep Learning Curve on Back End"
4/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

The best part about QuestionPro is probably the data collection! We noticed that the visualization and depth of the data provided in the dashboard were attractive and impressive. The IT support that I have received has also been exceptional. It is easy to copy old survey formats, and creating new surveys is a simple and clean process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

A couple downsides to QP:

- The learning curve is steep when it comes to logic and setting up automated responses based on data received in the surveys, but it is possible (especially after talking with the super helpful IT support folks!).

- Another issue I've noticed is that when I create a survey and share editing capabilities with my supervisor, she is actually not able to edit the survey for some reason. I am the only one who can.

- Thirdly, I had a survey that required the applicant submit an attachment at the end. When downloading survey responses, I had to download the response itself separately from the attachment that was submitted, save both documents and combine them into a PDF on my end in Adobe. It would be nice if the document that was attached in they survey was automatically attached to the survey response.

- Lastly, I wish there was a way to delete the geolocation data as I have been deleting that for anonymity's sake, which takes a good bit of extra time (perhaps this is possible and I just have not asked!).

This is my feedback after about 4 months of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Practical, Scalable Survey Platform That Actually Gets Used"
5/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is easy to pick up and actually gets used, which is half the battle with survey tools. You can spin up a survey quickly without a ton of setup, but there’s still plenty of depth if you need logic, customization, or solid reporting. It works well for everything from quick internal pulse checks to customer feedback and more structured research, and it integrates cleanly with other tools so data doesn’t get stuck in a silo. While some of the advanced features take a bit of poking around to fully uncover, it’s not a deal breaker. Overall, it helps us collect real feedback fast, turn it into something actionable, and make decisions based on data instead of guesswork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

The feature set can feel overwhelming at first if you try to use everything at once. Some advanced reporting and customization options could be more discoverable. UI polish in certain admin or advanced settings could be improved.

None of these are deal breakers, but there is a small learning curve when you move beyond basic surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Survey Creation and Insightful Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

What I like best about QuestionPro is how easy it is to create and share surveys. The interface is straightforward, and I don’t have to overthink anything like I can set up a survey quickly and get responses in a clean format. I also like that the analytics are simple to read, so I can understand the results without digging through complicated reports. Overall, it just makes collecting feedback really convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

Sometimes it takes longer than it should to find the right setting or customize a survey the way I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Powerful Insights with Flexible Question Types"
5/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

I find it very intuitive to use while also providing a powerful platform for uncovering insights. Great choices in question types to get what I need in very different ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

I wish the formatting was simpler and more seamless as it can sometimes be difficult to go in and change the same thing on a number of questions. With the new AI interface, though, I think that issue will be better resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clunky Interface, Needs Improvement"
0.5/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

I think the user interface is okay. It provides an easy interface and works for collecting data across a range of projects. The interface tends to be spaced well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

The user interface is a bit unintuitive. I think there are some places where the settings are hard to find. There are some places where there's too many options, and there's a bit of duplication. Sometimes surveys just don't work, or they are updated without notification, which leaves me unprepared to address issues. Customer service feels like it's passing the buck, and they sometimes don't understand what's going on. The service team is reluctant to explain things to me. Also, we found the plug-ins not easy to set up, so we avoid using them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Surveys with Ample Logical Options"
5/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

We find QuestionPro fairly easy to use and appreciate its diverse question type options. We greatly value the document upload and signature fields. It's also very easy to set up, and we love that it offers more logic options compared to most other free survey platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

Sometimes the results aren't in the format we want because we didn't set up the question properly, so potential guidance that pops up on the question type as we am building would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficiency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro provides us with survey forms that allow us to work more efficiently to gather information. We are able to reuse survey forms or create new ones, depending on our current needs. Basic forms are simple to create. We also appreciate the free non-profit license. And, they offer good customer support. Thank you, QuestionPro! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

In order to qualify for a non-profit license, there are several steps to complete the process. And, there is also a learning curve in the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and easy to use for creating custom surveys"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is an online software for creating surveys that is quite powerful and easy to use. It offers a wide variety of question types, visual elements, and customization options. The platform is very user-friendly and its learning curve is quite accessible. Not much technical knowledge is required to start creating questionnaires with advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

I practically don't find many negative aspects worth mentioning. However, if I had to point out something, I would say that the advanced plans may be less accessible for companies with limited budgets, as there are other more economical alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
