What do you like best about QuestionPro?

What I like most about QuestionPro is how easy it is to use and how quickly I can create surveys in minutes. I was able to set up a product feedback survey right away, and the interface made it simple to add questions and answer options, then organize everything clearly. I also found the variety of question types and customization options really useful, since they help me build surveys more efficiently. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

One thing I don’t really like is that the interface can feel a bit confusing at first. When I started exploring the features, the menu and the way everything is laid out weren’t very clear, and it took me some time to figure out where everything was. Some of the more advanced features also aren’t very beginner-friendly, so there’s a small learning curve on the platform. Apart from that, navigation between sections could be smoother. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

What I like best about QuestionPro is how easy it is to create and manage surveys, especially for academic use. From my experience, the platform gives a lot of flexibility in designing questionnaires—you get multiple question types like MCQs, rating scales, and descriptive answers, so it becomes easier to collect proper feedback.

Another thing I found useful is the logic feature. You can set conditions so that different respondents see different questions based on their answers, which makes the survey more relevant and structured.

Also, the reporting part is very helpful. Once responses are collected, it automatically generates reports and basic analysis, so I don’t have to manually compile data. For educational projects or student feedback, this saves a lot of time and effort.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

One thing I don’t really like about QuestionPro is that it takes a bit of time to get used to all the features. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

Effective survey tool, that provides reporting access in SPSS file formats for easy post-survey analysis.

But still allows immediate and online analysis of the results, and is providing a range of analytical tools.

Allows surveys to be visually pleasing and to have images and video within, so giving capacity to test widely.

Its support team has been very helpful and effective, over a long number of years, and continues to be so. And quick, and will work after a contact to ensure a resolution to the problem.

I like the professionalism of the customer service and how fast they've been able to help us with any issues. Working with the software has been easy, and it's been straightforward to understand how to use it. Additionally, I've enjoyed how seamlessly it works with Excel and Word. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

I love QuestionPro's really robust selection of question types. I can quickly implement those question types with a click of a button. I also have really great support from my team, helping me with more challenging research approaches or when I need guidance on how best to program a question. I appreciate that QuestionPro allows me to add max diff, image upload, sorting, or conjoint questions without incremental costs, which are often add-ons with other survey platforms. Additionally, QuestionPro has helped me with resources for analysis and reporting, and have delivered high-quality work. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

Their AI functionality help with question creation is still in its infancy and and will evolve. I appreciate that they are implementing these features and feel they are ahead of the game. Some analysis that I need, still needs to be done with external tools. Specifically, creation of custom banners requires me to export the data and do the analysis with another analysis software to get the results ready for my clients. Some of the more niche survey logic options can be tricky to set up without technical guidance, which slows down our team when designing complex patient or physician studies. One area I’d really like to see improved is the depth of native integrations with life sciences and research tools we use regularly, such as SPSS, common CRM platforms, and clinical data management systems. Right now we often have to export and manually reformat data, which adds extra steps to our research workflows. It would also be helpful to have more pre-built, healthcare-compliant survey templates specifically tailored to biotech, patient studies, and physician feedback. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

The best part about QuestionPro is probably the data collection! We noticed that the visualization and depth of the data provided in the dashboard were attractive and impressive. The IT support that I have received has also been exceptional. It is easy to copy old survey formats, and creating new surveys is a simple and clean process. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

A couple downsides to QP:

- The learning curve is steep when it comes to logic and setting up automated responses based on data received in the surveys, but it is possible (especially after talking with the super helpful IT support folks!).

- Another issue I've noticed is that when I create a survey and share editing capabilities with my supervisor, she is actually not able to edit the survey for some reason. I am the only one who can.

- Thirdly, I had a survey that required the applicant submit an attachment at the end. When downloading survey responses, I had to download the response itself separately from the attachment that was submitted, save both documents and combine them into a PDF on my end in Adobe. It would be nice if the document that was attached in they survey was automatically attached to the survey response.

- Lastly, I wish there was a way to delete the geolocation data as I have been deleting that for anonymity's sake, which takes a good bit of extra time (perhaps this is possible and I just have not asked!).
