What do you like best about QuestionPro?

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

Our team had a frustrating experience with QuestionPro during our second-year renewal. The sales representative acted in bad faith, attempting to raise our pricing by over 50%, despite our original contract including a 10% cap on price increases. This felt manipulative and not aligned with good customer relationships.

To make matters worse, we were not allowed to downgrade our plan — even though we no longer needed the full feature set — and were blocked from downloading our data unless we renewed at the inflated rate. This effectively held our survey data hostage, which is unacceptable for any research platform.

We expected more transparency, flexibility, and professionalism from a company that deals with academic and enterprise research. Unfortunately, the experience left us questioning the integrity of the platform and its sales practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro has every methodology I need, including all the advanced pricing and choice modeling methodologies. You don’t have to pay extra to access those. Additionally, the turnaround time on my surveys using panel sample is lightning fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

I don’t like waiting for someone at QP to launch my panel-sample surveys for me. Sometimes I’m in a hurry and wish I could launch by myself the way I do if I’m running my survey with a customer list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QuestionPro?

The User Interface is intuitive and easy to use and this makes it easy to design your survey.

It is also very to distribute your survey as the link and qr codes are automatically generated.

What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro's wide range of features and ease of use enables our charity to run surveys that provide essential feedback about the services and support we provide. Their nonprofit waiver for charities is a massive benefit for our charity as our use is occasional but allows us to access advanced features that we don't have the financial resources to access otherwise. With Questionpro's intuitive user interface and plethora of templates, its easy and quick to create a great survey. We regularly use QuestionPro to successfully advance our non-profit mission and have used it to efficiently collect information from board members and partners. It helps us increase engagement to further our strategic plan objectives, and ensure we are meeting the changing needs of our stakeholders. We plan to keep using it for all future survey needs!
