What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

I personally liked the blue pie charts that are displayed and something i found hard is being able to export all of the data all at once with that same chart that is displayed on the question pro. When you export you get mostly bar charts which i do not like and they are alot of different colors. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

I appreciate the comprehensive capabilities of QuestionPro. It covers all the advanced methodologies I require for my quantitative work, such as Van West for pricing, Conjoint and MaxDiff for feature prioritization, which ensures I have a robust tool at my disposal. Additionally, the absence of a credit system in their pricing model significantly eases administrative burdens for me. The ease of getting started with the platform was fantastic; the account reps and tech reps provided excellent training that allowed me to swiftly begin using the platform. Their continued support has been invaluable—every query I had was addressed promptly with easy-to-understand help, particularly for custom variables and programming logic. QuestionPro's ability to enable fast fielding of surveys means I can deliver actionable insights quickly, impacting my work efficiency positively. Programming surveys is incredibly easy and user-friendly, as I can quickly save frequently used questions, which streamlines the process further. Their wide range of question types, like thumbs up/down and star ratings, keeps my surveys engaging, which is a wonderful benefit. Furthermore, renewing the service was a given due to the reasonable pricing, and the prepaid system for samples efficiently saves money and reduces administrative tasks. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

I would like the ability to launch a general population study myself when I am ready, rather than having to wait for the team at QuestionPro to launch it.
