What do you like best about QuestionPro?

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

I dislike the lack of option to share the QuestionPro creative process with a team. What I mean by this is not being able to share the production process with a group/team nor the option to add others on it to see what feedback is being given. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QuestionPro?

The CEO is one of the original developer partners from Qualtrics, and he builds his product to be better than any of his competition. He wants his 500-person (well-staffed) team to build the best product out there, and he's always updating and improving his product. I run my businesses in the same way, so I really respect a person who truly cares about having the best product and the best customer service. If you find something that you can't do, their Customer Support team will figure it out, and they do it fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

I haven't seen anything to dislike so far. Less expensive than all the competitors, more transparency, more options, it's easy to start using, it integrates with everything, I've implemented QuestionPro at every company that I manage, and we use it daily, weekly, and monthly for various data collection, analytics, and reporting responsibilities. I use it for my businesses and for the nonprofits I run. I recommend it to every C-level and Director-level decision-maker I talk to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is our go-to to keep our tours fresh and meaningful. It's really, really easy to set up a great survey in just moments. When or if you have issues, their customer support team is just a chat away.

QP makes it easy for our Tour Guests at Tovrea Castle at Carraro Heights to let us know how we are doing. With just a quick click of the QR code. We have thousands of people touring each week that use this survey every day and so this survey is important to us.
