What do you like best about Pushwoosh?

The UI is great, I like that you can schedule push notifications through it, have a CSV push and analytics on the results Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pushwoosh?

I was able to push notifications through mixpanel, so ended up abandoning it for stat consistency reasons. I wanted to have all my data and push history on one dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pushwoosh?

What do you dislike about Pushwoosh?

They do not have integration with MS360, but this wasn’t a surprise for me, as other tools don't either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pushwoosh solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially, we started using Pushwoosh just to send push notifications, as that was its primary focus. However,now they evolved into a tool for all user communication, covering everything from push notifications to in-app banners and emails. And this helped us cut down our email costs. We’ve adopted a strategy where we first send a push notification, and only if that doesn’t reach our customer do we follow up with an email. It's been a game-changer! What do you like best about Pushwoosh?

Different dash boards for different platforms & apps we have. Automation of the payment makes it hassel free so that we dont miss the due date. Push notifications reachability is better . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pushwoosh?

Their support when there is any issue. They are not available for calls. when asked for a call several times on emails they said they cant arrange a call for the package of 800$ we are paying.I found it ridiculous as the issue was not simple & it was persistent and they were not ready to arrange acall. What do you like best about Pushwoosh?

Very Versatile platform, Exactly delivers what It's been said to have. The push notification service is a great way to keep your users up-to-date with what's going on in an application. It can be used for both iOS and Android apps, making it easy enough that even beginners will have no trouble setting one up. We launched Pushwoosh notifications in our few Apps and it has worked out the best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pushwoosh?

The dashboard is a bit slow to load, but it would be nice if we could label users who have had issues with their devices. You might find that some users have multiple devices and will be experiencing downtime at times too! This might be frustrating for some users who have multiple devices or experience downtime because they'll need to wait until their device finishes booting up again before being able navigate the site properly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This service is a great way to send and receive messages. It has an easy integration process with neatly written documentation, which makes it the perfect solution for your business needs!The integration of this service into your company's workflow will allow you to communicate more effectively with clients, keep track on work responsibilities from different devices no matter where they are or who has access them. Report - the report needs to be much more elaborated with more slice options such as events from a push in dashboard like without going into pushes one by one.

What do you like best about Pushwoosh?

What do you like best about Pushwoosh?

Push Notification journey creator is just brilliant. It has some great options to make the messages hyper-personalised based on customer interactions and touch-points. We have created multiple journeys to increase our funnel conversions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pushwoosh?

The segregation of actions into tags and events is a little bit difficult, but we solved that with the help of our account managers. The developer documentation can have minor improvements as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pushwoosh?

The most we liked its Customer Journey Bulider, which helps to create the path with automated push notifications, triggered by specific triggers. It helped to boost users' retention, as well as their income. For example, I managed to increase MAU of GC.SKINS mobile app (B2C) up to 16,62%, and Revenue — up to 4,58%. Some Pushwoosh options are not obvious. For example, divided tags and events. Sometimes there may be bugs with sending push notifications or collecting statistics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
