    What do you like best about Pushwoosh?

    I liked the documentation and how the team resolved my issues (I had a few during the setup). The pricing is also competitive compared to other similar providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What do you dislike about Pushwoosh?

    They do not have integration with MS360, but this wasn’t a surprise for me, as other tools don't either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What problems is Pushwoosh solving and how is that benefiting you?

    Initially, we started using Pushwoosh just to send push notifications, as that was its primary focus. However,now they evolved into a tool for all user communication, covering everything from push notifications to in-app banners and emails. And this helped us cut down our email costs. We’ve adopted a strategy where we first send a push notification, and only if that doesn’t reach our customer do we follow up with an email. It's been a game-changer!
