I enjoy how easy it is to upload files and documents to share file for clients to view. The email that is sent to them when documents are uploaded are very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to send larger files that might not be able to go through a normal email client. This has been very helpful at times when Outlook can't accomodate our messaging needs. We have been able to setup folders and logins for different departments here at at work which helps customize each area's needs. The web-based interface makes it easy for anyone to login and use. It is also a great way to send normal sized sensitive documents in a secure manner. The Upload link is also very helpful when requesting documents or files from another party. Honestly, I haven't found anything about the program that I dislike. It does exactly what you ask it to do without incident. It may be a little more of a inconvenience compared to just attaching a file to an outgoing email and hitting send as you first have to upload the file. Like others have stated in previous reviews, the Upload function isn't as stable as I would like at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like about Sharefile is the accessibility of the platform. You can access it if you have a laptop, tablet and a phone. Also the ability to view documents directly from Share File is great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The least helpful thing about ShareFile would be the printing mechanism. Say for example I want to print bank statements in a certain order, just so I don't have to sort them. It doesn't have that option which causes me to spend time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
