Nothing at this point. Can't upload files, can't get support, can't get service, can't get anyone responsible. Salesperson assured she would be available, now has left the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Buying the product/service, then not being able to use, then no support. Finally, after 30 minutes on hold, I finally got a sales person who says Citrix is trying to phase out small clients and only go after enterprise clients. During the trial, the salesperson added another product which we have NEVER USED, not even demoed...and we are now billed an additional $57.00 per month. THEY WON'T GIVE A REFUND for that portion....IT'S NOT IT THEIR POLICY. DISHONORABLE COMPANY. Why do they even go through the motions and take our money. The support sales person says it's corporate rules. My advice: Citrix get out of the business if you can't support what you sell!
