"Clean, Reliable File Syncing and Effortless Collaboration"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I love Dropbox because it has a clean, easy-to-use user interface. It feels reliable and simple, with straightforward sharing and uploading features. Dropbox also supports smooth collaboration and fast file syncing. The feature I love most is that, no matter how big the file is, it uploads easily and I can access it anytime and anywhere. It helps me store my data in a very organized way, keeping everything in one place, which improves my productivity and collaboration while saving me a lot of time. Overall, it helps me manage my data and files more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

One thing I dislike about Dropbox is that the free storage is quite limited compared to others, which means you often have to upgrade your plan or subscription sooner than you’d like. Additionally, the pricing is a bit on the higher side, especially for individual users or small teams. Sometimes it also takes time to sync larger files, which can be frustrating. Overall, it’s a simple and reliable platform, but it would be much better if they improved the storage limits for free users and reduced the price for subscribed members. "Simple, Reliable File Storage and Effortless Sharing Across Devices"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

What I like most about Dropbox is how simple and reliable it is. It makes storing and accessing files really easy, whether I’m using my phone or laptop. I don’t have to worry about losing important documents because everything is backed up automatically. The clean interface also makes it easy to organize files without feeling overwhelmed.

What is most helpful about it?

The most helpful feature is the ability to share files instantly with others. I can send a link instead of large attachments, which saves time and avoids email issues. It’s also great for collaboration because multiple people can access and update files in one place. Overall, it helps me stay organized and work more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

One thing I don’t like about Dropbox is the limited free storage. It fills up pretty quickly, especially if you’re working with large files, which makes upgrading feel almost necessary. Also, the pricing plans can be a bit expensive compared to some alternatives. Sometimes syncing can be slow or confusing if there are multiple versions of the same file. Overall, while it works well, these small issues can be a bit frustrating at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Reliable Sync with Seamless Desktop Integration"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

Dropbox is very user-friendly and reliable. I really like how quickly it syncs files between my computer and mobile devices. It works perfectly in the background, so I don't have to worry about it. The desktop integration is seamless – browsing cloud files feels just like using a local drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

The pricing for the higher storage tiers could be a bit more competitive, especially for individual users. I’ve also noticed that the desktop app can use a lot of CPU resources when it’s indexing a large number of small files, which can be frustrating. On top of that, the free tier offers very limited storage compared to some competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Reliable File Syncing and Collaboration with Dropbox"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

its simplicity and reliability and it makes storing, syncing, and sharing files across devices very easy, while also offering helpful features like shared folders, version history, and secure access, which make collaboration smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

One drawback of Dropbox is that its free storage is quite limited compared to other platforms, and the paid plans can feel relatively expensive for what you get. It can also be a bit confusing to manage permissions and shared folders at times, especially when collaborating with multiple users, and syncing large files occasionally takes longer than expected. "Seamless Auto-Sync Across Devices That Just Works"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

From my experience, the biggest advantage is that everything stays updated across my devices automatically. I can save a file on my laptop and instantly access it on my phone without emailing it to myself or using a USB drive. It just works in the background, which saves a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

Another downside for me is the pricing when you need more storage. While the platform works well, upgrading can feel a bit expensive compared to some other cloud storage options that offer more space on their free plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Sync and Simple Setup for Personal Projects"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I mainly use Dropbox for my personal development projects. What I like most about Dropbox is its reliable file syncing and simplicity. Once I place a file in my Dropbox folder, it automatically syncs across my devices without requiring any extra setup. This is really helpful when working on personal development projects because I can access the same project files whether I'm on my main laptop or another machine. Another feature I find useful is easy folder organization and file recovery. I can keep different project folders separated and quickly find configuration files, scripts, or documentation when needed. The version history and file recovery options are also helpful in case I accidentally modify or delete something important. I also appreciate that Dropbox runs quietly in the background and doesn’t interrupt my workflow. It just keeps my files updated and backed up automatically, which makes it a convenient tool for managing small development resources and project-related files. File syncing ensures my updated files are available on all my devices without manual transfer. Simplicity makes it easy to manage files without spending time on setup. Folder organization helps me keep different projects and configuration files structured. File recovery and version history are useful in case I accidentally overwrite or delete something, since I can quickly restore a previous version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

One thing that could be improved is the limited storage in the free plan, which fills up quickly if you store multiple project files or backups. Also, sometimes the syncing process can be a bit slow when dealing with larger folders. Another area for improvement would be better collaboration features in the free tier, since some useful options are only available in paid plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless File Management and Sharing That Keeps Content Organized"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

What I like best about Dropbox is how easy it makes managing content. As a social media manager and content creator, I can quickly store, access, and share files with clients and team members without any hassle. It keeps everything organized and saves me a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

What I dislike about Dropbox is that the storage fills up quickly on lower plans, especially when working with large video and design files. Syncing can also be slow at times. File version history is limited unless you’re on a higher plan, which can be frustrating when managing multiple content revisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable File Sharing with Speed Trade-Offs"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I like that I can save all of my files, documents, photos, and videos on Dropbox and share them with people even if I don't have a flash drive. The seamless syncing and performance, along with the advanced sharing controls, are features I appreciate because they're fast and more reliable compared to Dropbox's competitors. I also value the control I have over data that may be sensitive. The initial setup was pretty easy and simple for the most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

If there’s something that I don’t like about Dropbox, it’s the speed of uploading that actually moves at a slow pace, which means that it takes longer for the files to upload. I also don’t like the fact that there is only limited free storage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless File Sharing and Collaboration with Seamless Desktop Integration"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

Dropbox is our go-to for cloud storage and document sharing because it is truly effortless. The product enables us to collaborate on documents internally and share files externally. When we share externally, people can still access files through dropbox.com without needing an account or an app. I also appreciate the desktop version Dropbox because it integrates seamlessly into my drives that are already stored on my device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

The only issue I've ever encountered with Dropbox is related to storage settings. It can be challenge to determine which folders or files are stored locally and taking up too much space on your drive. However, once located, it's easy to switch to online only and free up space. "Seamless File Sharing with Expiring Links"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I use Dropbox to share and save files, which solves the problem of not having to attach files to emails and worrying about email attachment limits. I can easily update and store documents, making it simple to access and share them with a link. I like that it's compatible with macOS, effectively integrating with my file management system. I find the ability to expire links, letting me choose when to expire folder links, very valuable since it allows me to give limited access. I enjoy that I can access Dropbox from anywhere as long as I have an account, and its usability is pretty seamless. It's also really easy to pick up, especially if many others are already using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

Nothing, I feel like it's sufficient as it is Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
