i DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER COMPARISON MODEL, AS THIS IS THE ONLY SYSTEM I HAVE EVER USED TO RECEIVE DOCUMENTATION, BUT I FEEL LIKE IT COULD BE MORE USER FRIENDLY ON MY SIDE AND THE CLIENTS SIDE - MANY TIMES THEY WERE UNABLE TO UPLOAD DOCUMENT BECAUSE OF A PASSWORD ISSUE AND IT WAS REALLY HARD TO FIX IT ON MY END - IT WAS NOT ABUNDANTLY CLEAR WHERE TO GO TO FIX IT AND MANY TIMES IT WASN'T FIXED WHEN I THOUGHT I HAD Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sharefile is a great way to quickly and cost effectively setup a HIPAA compliant email solution. Coupled with file sharing users can send/receive large files knowing they can be easily retrieved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really liked how simple it was to use online to set up documents and disclosures that required digital signatures, dates, initials and even assign who has to sign and date certain portions of a document. Another great feature was that the Sharefile would tell you which party has signed and who is still pending which made it easy to address who was having a harder time getting to the document. A few things I did not like was it did not have an auto recovery featured built-in or autosave feature. If you accidentally left the page unattended or refreshed the page by accident it would not save any of your work and you would have to start all over again from scratch. Sharefile is truly steady, which is perfect since it enables you to send documents of up to 100 gigabytes of load without crumbling all the while. Your email work is sheltered to encode connections in each mail.

1. Can store big files. There's facility for versioning of files.
2. There's a handy plugin for outlook, also support for iOS, Linux,etc to make it Cross platform including mobile apps.

the only thing I dislike about the app is when the Cloud base service is down due to an outage, the admins are not notified. We only realize there is a problem when trying to use the app, then calling customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that ShareFile is a great resource to share large files. We're in engineering and deal with local government agencies. Sometimes the files are so large they exceed the maximum capacity of our email service. With a quick link emailed, the agency or client can access the file online. It is not very user friendly if you have to do anything with Admin inside the program or anything other than just share a file. You have to search for what your looking for beyond what you'd expect.
