I like having access to files on my computer system and anywhere else I travel. The customer support is awful and will call you at 6am the day after you have an issue and keep calling at 6am for days straight even after the problem is solved. The program itself is really nothing special and could just as easily be accomplished with Google Drive or Dropbox. Its not a terrible system its just truly nothing special.
