The Sharefile is almost good platform to sharing purpose. Nothing to dislike in this platform. Even though, when we upload high number of files, it will get slow down the speed. some times, it will stop in between. Therefore, we have to start from beginning. It will time consuming job. The only thing I dislike about it is getting the notification emails sent to me. Example, if someone uploads a file to a folder, I will get a notification email about that.
