Storage. ShareFile provides a large storage space where the users are able to store different type of files. I like that this storage space is cloud, this makes it easy for users to access files given that with just good internet connection one is able to access them from any location using different devices.

Security. This is the best thing about this software. It has a wide variety of option which is tailored in making sure that your sharing of files is secure. The security options include electronically signed documents, protective passwords which are only made accessible to intended recipient and links with are set to expire within a given time.

Quick and easy share of large documents.ShareFile has made it easy for users to share files easily and quickly this is because it compresses these files making it easy for senders to easily upload them and receivers to quickly and easily download these files.

Easy and fast implementation. I like that implementations quick and fast. A few minutes after purchase one can readily use it. Again, it need not any expert for configuration, one can easily do it for him it herself.

Sharefile is a tool that is being used across all department of the instruction as the most preferred tool in sending large files.

What I like best about this software is the ability to share large files easily and first. This software is made in such a way that it has the capacity to compress large files making it for the sender to upload files and for the receiver on the other end to download these files.

Another thing that I like best about this tool is its security capabilities. The tool is designed in such a way that it has options that make the sharing of files secure. These options include protective document passwords which are only made accessible to the intended recipients. It has also links that are set in such a way that can only be received by certain people and last for a set given time.

I like that it easily integrate other tools. Sharefile integrate with other tools such as Outlook and other office 365 product. This increases workflow and allows for collaboration between software.

It is easy to implement. Sharefile is one of the best tools in integration. Just a few minutes after purchase one is able to use it. It does not need a technical expert configuration, one can do it for oneself.
