The web interface was easy to pick up on. We migrated to Sharefile from another large file sharing site that was falling short in what we needed for our multiple plants. Sharefile gave a central space to the large amount of video files we use for inspections and documentation of various equipment that we own and lease. Having a central space to record and track all inspections was fundamental to our business needs. What impressed me most about Sharefile was the cleanliness of the website and the ease of use that it exemplifies. It took less than an hour to get all our workers on board with the how to use the site and catalog our files.One of our most-used features of ShareFile is setting up our clients with individual folders to allow them to upload and store their advertising creative. This is similar to FTP, but ShareFile allows us to receive notifications based on upload, download, etc on a per-folder and per-user basis. We also set it up to notify the client when their ad is downloaded by a member of our team, thereby completely automating the ad delivery process for our publication. The other great feature of ShareFile that we use is desktop app synchronization. This allows ads to be curated by our ad manager and delivered to our production team automatically. The Sharefile plugin for Outlook makes sending and requesting secured files a breeze! Once properly configured, all it takes is the click of a button to send your message or files encrypted. Sometimes, requested files are a little difficult to find after a user has dropped them into the filebox. At times, even after already been signed in, you are asked to sign in again in order to access an already sent secured email.

The notifications you receive when there is activity on your Sharefile account are very similar. This makes it difficult to easily tell whether a recipient has read one of your sent emails, or if someone has securely uploaded a file to your filebox for download. My favorite thing about Sharefile is how user friendly it is. It's easy to create new folders, invite people to view documents, and create hyperlinks to send others. I like that you can choose to get a notification when the files have been downloaded, with the option of requiring the receiver to enter their name and information. Currently, we are using ShareFile across the departments of the institution. This software is being used in document management specifically in large document transfer.

One thing that I like about ShareFile is its ability to Share large files easily and in real time. This tool is tailored in such a way that it compresses these large documents making it easy for the user sender to upload files and for the receiver to easily download the file.

Another thing I like about this software is its security features. ShareFile has a wide option of technologies that are tailored in making sure that your data is secure. These security technology options include a link that can only be shared to specific intended individuals and set to expire within a given set time. It has also the document password that is only shared to the intended recipient and is the key for one to download the files. With this tool, one need not get worried about your data getting in the hands of the unwanted third parties. It is highly secure.

The software is easy to use and easy to implement. I love that this software is very user-friendly and had an interface that is highly intuitive making it easy for us to use it. It is also easy to impliment.Few minutes after getting the tool one can use it. Again, one can easily configure it by him or herself.

I love the fact that this software integrates with other products such as Outlook.This increases workflow and allows for collaboration such that when the file is shared using the email is big it automatically switches to ShareFile.

The software has also large cloud storage. This helps us to store the various type of files we have. It is exciting also that the storage is cloud making it easy for us to access files.
