Citrix Sharefile has proven itslef as an ultimete companion of our organisation. Sharing a file with it is like sending a text message. It doesn't matter what the file size is or what format it is of, only require to attach the file with the sending link and send them to the other end person. Othe receiver can view the file even without downloading the file on the browser's webpage.

Another best feature of it is its cloud file storage , where we can store any document over it and and access the uploades documents anywhere , anytime. Its interface is also just awesome, even the person who is nee on it can work on it with without facing any problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is overall a good tool, but some part of ut requires improvement

1. The pricing is little higher than it should be

2. The costumer support team is very slow, takes a lot of time to resolve any issues

The specialty that I love the most is that I do not have to register any type of document. Its simple drag and drop function makes it very easy to use. When I have a huge file to share, this software is my first choice. Unlike other file sharing tools, sharefile allows you to share an immediate link with anyone. The subject in the other limit does not have to worry about the complete structure of the file, the only obvious thing is the only file that has been shared. One of the things that I do not like is that there is no document blocking tool, this means that if different users access and edit a file at the same time, there is a likelihood of version errors. Another thing that I do not like is that if in the place where you find there is no good internet connection, accessing the files and synchronization with the cloud could become a bit difficult. Sharefile has allowed me to reduce the time I spent in email leaving me more time to invest in work. All this without being marginalized Sharefile allows me to integrate third-party services to perform my tasks such as Office 365. Website features change several times and there is little communication about what is being updated. On rare occassions, there are problems accessing files due to a database error or a lack of website response that may require help from Sharefile. It doesn't provide a feature to add another layer of protection such as 2-Way Authentication, in which can make the user feel more secure rather than just rely on Sharefile's security expertise. Also, it doesn't have a software client which can be installed on the machines which hampers the ability for all the contents in a folder to be in sync at all the devices. Share file is latest business platform which offers 100 GB of storage space to each user. 100 GB for each means almost unlimited space. It is very helpful for the us as i daily need to share a lot of data with other team members for development and a lot of files and heavy data required to store. In case of external storage it is difficult for all to access at same time. But now it is simple with share file. The user management is not secured. We can add any user in group at any time, it may result in information leak. There is no check that the user must need same company group business email id to login. But user can be added even without verification of its email id. Sometimes setting up someone on the share file can be a little confusing. Once youve done it a few times it gets easier but it wasnt that user friendly at first Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By using the email plugin it is easy to send large documents to customers and subcontractors in one step. Additionally, being able to store lots of documents online and not on a local drive frees up space on the computer. The features of applications that are installed on handheld devices have fewer options than those installed on the desktop. Usually these applications are this way, and it is predictable.
