With ShareFile, we are able to type up on a folder quick and explicitly. When, for instance, three files are found on one page, the path to the field in which the description is included is incredibly simple to follow. It is easy and simple to install, so you won't have to be a professional to set it up upon delivery in a couple of minutes. I find it is also well structured and user-friendly and it allows us to connect our computers instantly. I wish I could be able to drag and drop a whole directory and subfolders into ShareFile, so that I can easily share a whole file with the same archives I already have. I like the fact that ShareFile is doesn't require the installation of any agents or application and you can access it anywhere anytime as long you have a browser and an internet connection. The learning curve is quite gentle in Sharefile hence it is easy for newbies to learn and start using immediately. We get a lot of interns and new staff who benefit from Sharefile's intuitive workflows and UI. I like that you get notifications on any activity on folders you own or shared folders.

I like that ShareFile gives you two upload options i.e the JavaScript or HTML uploader in case you are having challenges with JavaScript or you do not have it installed at all. I also like the progress bars that you get for uploads so that you are aware of the rate of upload and/or percentage left this way you know if the upload has failed or still in progress. I like the fact that it allows large file uploads with long file retention periods than many other file sharing platforms. One thing I dont like about Sharefile is its lack of features (especially the chat feature for real time conversations) compared to other upcoming collaboration platforms but I guess those would cost way more and would probably be overkill for what we use Sharefile for. I like that you Sharefile can be a file dump. You can easily upload, delete, share files with different people. For simple files like Excel Sheets or Powerpoint or PDFs you can directly open the file in Sharefile without downloading it to the computer. I see Sharefile as sort of like a Dropbox system but with unlimited storage and better interface. You can separate the Shared Files and Personal Files wtih the click of a button. Every person who wants to have access to the files yo ushare needs to create a login. That creates some admin problems. Also, the uploading process can be somewhat slow. It can only upload one folder at a time. You can't do a file dump and then close out the window or else the upload won't be successful. The ease of use in setting up ShareFile is second to none. ShareFile is quick to set up and easy to store and share files with others. Options are somewhat limited - it really only does one thing. It's also sort of confusing to grant others access - it's nice in a way to be able to restrict access to one folder, but at the same time it's confusing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can generate an expiring link, I use it a lot if I need to send credit card information by email. The website has a clean and easy to organize interface and it's also easy to share files with Citrix ShareFile. When I need them to have any file, I send it and can see it instantly without having to wait to pass it to any external memory. Fast, simple and easy to use.
