Citrix allows you to connect fast and is easy to use. It allows me to be on the company server which gives me access to all files, not just my files. it also helps with the connection. it helps me stay connected with my co - workers on Microsoft TEAMs. it has been so much easier working at home on citrix content collaboration. it has saved me so much time to have access to all files then emailing them to myself, asking some one for the files. it is really a great tool. it saves your files as you go so i have not lost any files, word docs, excel files, etc. that is a great as i am not worried about any files when the connection is lost. and it does it for exactly five minutes and gives you a countdown. that is really helpful. i usually use that time to write notes. it has only lost connection twice when i was in a meeting on Microsoft TEAMs. it has not happen on a zoom call. in these times of covid, it is especially helpful. since we are all working at home. The most helpful part of Citrix Workspace is the ability to work with other people on the same network (or VPN). It is convenient to have everyone on the same workspace so work is always updating and accurate, no chance of performing the same work twice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside to the Citrix Workspace is that sometimes it runs slow when not connected to great Wi-Fi and that can cause productivity issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a bit weak in some procedures, such as checking documents and editing documents.

Because it's cloud-based, there are essentially no file size issues, which is good when collaborating on rather large files. It has allowed good integrative workflow among employees, and while this is our secondary system as we are still not 100% sure we are converting over, the ease of use has opened eyes. The one dislike is where the one limit comes into play from my title on this review. The only acceptable files are those that are part of the Office suite of products. You can't use any other document form. Unfortunately, that means converting files as some of the suppliers we use in less developed parts of the world are using proprietary software or google docs. This application has accelerated my productivity through automated work flows. It is very easy to customize and synchronize thus I never stuck at any phase. Further it provides bank level data encryption and gives a secure mode of working. In case of any file loss I have the full authority to recover it. This application keeps me update about any unauthorized data access and helps me to prevent the leaks. Sometimes it becomes difficult to search the right file some easy searching options could be provided, further couple of times I have got stuck in processing the CAD files which also slowdowns the performance, I exactly cannot comment on their limitation of the file size.
