Be aware of security issue - You can self elevate your access from a shared folder that you have only 'Upload' access to 'Admin' access by moving the shared folder to your personal folder in Sharefile then move it back to where it was. Once moved back, you now have 'Admin' access to this shared folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having use other Citrix tools previously, I have really enjoyed how easy and simple it is to use this tool for group collaboration and content management. I find that some tools aren't all that helpful, but Citrix has been a great tool to utilize especially in this virtual environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Citrix it's really convenient to connect with teammates and share information. It makes life easy for a team that has to collaborate within themselves. I had issues with sharing large files over other platforms but this works fine. A high level of encryption also an edge over other available products. Support from the Citrix team is also quick. We were able to resolve the problem within the day itself. The updates to the software is also very frequent and new feature are most of the time useful. The new feature makes it convenient too. I have observed that sometimes uploading files is slow, it also becomes unresponsive sometimes in a system that doesn't have more RAM. if this is resolved it can be the perfect solution for collaborations. The other issue is that it's expensive than the market competitor's standard package also comes with 10$ per user per month where other competitors like Google allow around 5$ per user per month. Sometimes UI makes it a bit difficult to operate the application, for example, providing different types of access to different users for folders and files takes time and effort it could have been changed to a simple UI with all access listed together. RightSignature was easy to use and very user-friendly. We loved how easy it was to show new employees how to use it, and we loved how easy it was for our clients to sign documents for us with very little help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This product is helpful when I need to confirm that a user has received and accessed a file. It is swift and straightforward to use. I am a long-time user of Citrix products and am generally very happy with them. KBA authentication has issues when it comes to obtaining signatures from the younger population - maybe because of the lack of tax returns submitted to the IRS? We also have problems with email addresses ending in ".edu" or ".org" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
