Not really had any bad experiences in order to dislike. Apart from losing user profiles now and then but even then these profiles are easy to restore once experienced Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it is very user-friendly. This is both from the perspective of the 'owner' who sets up a folder and adds people to the folder, and also from the perspective of those who upload and data data from the folder.
