You can securely locate, share and manage your data in a cloud environment, in a local storage pool, or in a storage environment managed by customers. situation is up to you. You can also provide these file operations by mobile devices in a highly secure manner. It offers unlimited storage space while offering easy synchronization and file sharing on all devices with online and offline editing. We use the application very often within the company and I am very satisfied as an employee. When you want to add a signature to your documents, you can easily create your digital signature and easily add your signature to the document. Nothing to dislike at this present time as this soluiton meets all our needs and does not have any downsides at this present time. Only thing we occassionally expierence is recipients who dont understnad the registering once and then logging in to retireve however thats avodied with instructions on the intial commuication that the files are coming. The US Treasury uses Citrix secure hub, web, and mail. It allows us to access our intranet via our mobile devices (ie iPhones and blackberry). It is a lot more convenient to have access to these things when traveling or at home in the weekend. Rather than having to pull out the work laptop during yose times. I do not like the fact that we have to change our passwords so often. I understand that is a safety mechanism, but I think we have to change them every 90 days, and you can not use the same password until after about 6 changes. It can get really difficult to create and remember new password that often. That is really only somehat down fall to the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
