There are a few things I like about Sharefile:

- It is very easy to use, manage the files and create folders as needed.

- There's a feature where you can manage accesses for a group of people, where specific people can have access to specific folders.

- It's PCI compliant, so you can save different files there.

- Files can be sorted based on the time, name, size, or creator.

- You can use it online and offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I would say Sharefile needs improvement on is the feature of uploading/opening very big files. If a file contains a lot of information, it might take some time to upload or open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Citrix Content Collaboration has many uses including a web-based interface, mobile clients, and desktop apps. It is very handy because it gets integrated with Microsoft Outlook and Gmail very easily. The one tool which I have used frequently is exchanging files and secure data sharing and storage. I recommend using this tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no such downfall about Citrix Content Collaboration. But sometimes it is not a widely used tool all over the world. Where the tea can advertise more to make it unicorn toll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use once the IT department installed it and connected it to my computer. It's a simple login process and I am able to gain access to everything I need including shared documents, folders, projects, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue that I have with it, is every once and a while, my cursor and the GUI gets funky when I am running multiple monitors. Stand alone on my laptop...no issues at all, running three monitors sometime I have to go in and reset my screens resolutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike almost everything about it. I especially dislike them if you contract with their enterprise team. You have to call them to add a user every time unless you buy extras. Then they start sending you emails that say you haven't paid your bill even if your credit card is on file. You have to call support to resolve it. They send you a very painful payment process that you finally get through, and the next month they send the payment reminder again. So for every user you add, you start getting these emails every month about payment. What in the world? Also the helpdesk is in India which is fine except it's very very hard to understand their English. Very poorly done overall. I am cancelling and will use Sharepoint gong forward. We are a small startup with all our employees working from home ("WFH"). Sharefile / Citrix gives us a way to access our files and seamlessly collaborate on our shared documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think there is anything I dislike about working with Citrix / Sharefile. It is very reliable and always seems to work when we need it. So far it has exceeded my expectations, and I've been using it for 6 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you need help, you are always told to await a call back from the technical team.

We have our account not able to log in after upgrading. Tried calling for support to resolve it.

As of now, I have been waiting 2 weeks and even after phone calls to resolve it, keep getting the same useless advice from some India call center to await a callback from the technical team. Migrated to PandaDoc and now have support teams that resolve my issues within the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
