Sharefile has something missing on their architecture and their Graphic User Interface as well that in my opinion is CRUCIAL for the final purpose of this incredible tool. Lacks of a backup recovery system, this is really important and the reasons are too obvious, if the software went crazy and unresponsive and the files get lost you can't take them back without damages. Sharefile is an asset that increases in value over time for us. We collaborate securely with our clients and it is intuitive for new users. It allows us to manage the digital signing AND storage process simply for all agreements.
