Speed. The request handling speed was critically slow in the most needed moments: while the response speed was fast, the requested simple employment certificate took 10-15d to produce (because of the delays in the underlying country-specific company). I've been on both ends of Plane (sender and receiver) and i've liked it a lot.

As a sender, i can easily have team members listed, signed up with their bank deets without much hassle, and sending payroll seems like a breeze.
