What do you like best about Plane?

The system is very easy to use. I like you can add notes on everyone's pay in order to add details of what the payment includes in case you are refunding someone or giving them a bonus additional to their base pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plane?

Sometimes it's tough to determine the fee our employees or contractors will be charged when receiving their money. Pilot says they send the exact amount, but when the money is deposited into their account it shows a lower amount, and then they get changed an additional fee by their bank. Recommendations to others considering Plane:

When negotiating with them, make sure you disclose what are your system requirements and make sure they are already all set with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an employer, the fee paid for each employee or contractor is not high. Transferring the money to them is pretty easy, and they receive it within a week; payments can be scheduled with anticipation, which helps a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
