As part of the recruitment team, we use Pinpoint daily and I find it an incredibly useful tool to manage day to day recruitment.
I particularly like the fact you can add comments to both jobs and candidates and you can create sub talent pipelines. Pinpoint also has a good level of customer support with a designated liaision whereby we can book time if required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When a role is filled, you are no longer able to change the team that can view the role.

Pinpoint is a fantastic system that is being improved on frequently. Pinpoint is highly customisable, which is very important for my team. Processes such as requisitions and getting roles approved are seamless and easy to monitor. I also love the candidate view, especially during interviews, it makes it easy to view CVs, collect interview notes and check candidate information easily.
The ability to create the website is also outstanding as well as the onboarding platform.
Pinpoint worked extremly hard to support with integration to our HR system - this was not an easy process for us but this was absolutely not due to Pinpoint.
The support provided is outstanding, i've never waited longer than 24 hours for response to an issue, the team go above and beyond to help and even seek support from the dev team which is very impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing that i particularly dislike about the system although there are room for improvements which the teams are working on such as:
Insight hub - small but for reporting it would be useful to select things like YTD.
Candidate surveys - This little customisation here, it would be great to send out fuller candidate surveys to collect more data. As well as sending out different surveys depending on the stage which the candidate reached. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I chose to implement Pinpoint when I started my new role because software has been built with a lot of thought behind it. It has clearly been informed by people who have had their struggles with systems that are unintuitively built, frustrating to use, and require multiple clicks to achieve a single action. Everything from creating job descriptions to having sharing links on the same job page make it super easy to find whatever you need within Pinpoint. One of the best features is the automatic creation of calendar events in the interviewer's diary, confidentially i.e. no publicly visible names/details, with a link to the candidate's Pinpoint profile when a candidate books a timeslot. This is automatically done by the candidate who has direct access to the interviewer's integrated calendar, and then the candidate also automatically receives an invitation with the video call link. This is the most seamless interview arranging process I've ever experienced. You are able to move multiple candidates between stages and communicate with multiple candidates as a time all with a couple of clicks. Finally, you can request references with one click because Pinpoint integrates directly with our referencing sotware. I cannot speak highly enough about Pinpoint and the amazing CS team - I use the tool everyday and would not use anything different. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our hiring managers have given excellent feedback on the platform, and like how intuitive and centralised everything is.
We love the platform as it is, and we're already looking at what else we can do with the additional features Pinpoint offers, that we haven't yet explored.
The implementation and integration process has been incredibly smooth, with any blockers being on our side, and Rachel Larkin is a star, having been a fantastic source of knowledge and support throughout the whole project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-Like most ATS platforms, clear candidate progression metrics depend on creating the correct interview templates at the front end - i.e, differentiating between a Screening call, 1st or 2nd stage interview. I have honestly found that there's nothing I dislike. Any tweaks/frustrations that we had always appear to have a solution whether that's through educating us further or product development.

Pinpoint allows a equitable approach to our recruitment process that helps reduce bias that can occur. As I have begun to learn Pinpoint, I have utilized their Customer Support and Services. I had a question in regards to a feature that did not seem to be working. Over the course of 36 hours, I had 4 people reviewing and communicating with me about the problem, progress, and notification of my messages and questions. They communicated as a team and were able to handle my inquiry with knowledge. It showed they collaborated as a team to accomplish one customer's inquiry with knowledge, expertise, and consistent communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently had the pleasure of using pinpoint and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. As someone who has come from an outdated and clunky system, for me, this platform stands out for its efficiency, user-friendliness, and overall effectiveness.
My favourite thing about pinpoint is their innovation, they really do think of everything and if they haven't just yet, you can guarantee it will be on their radar. They are always happy to take on board feedback, and their chat function gives us quick response times within minutes to various queries.
The implementation was quick, easy and thought out as well as being tailored to our needs for a small TA team.

My only 2 improvements, would be their HR system integrations as we didn't find a solution that would work with our current provider (this is something we discussed at the demo) as well as their option for automated referencing to new starters, this was via bolt on rather than in the system itself. The user interface is really good, easy to use and straight forward. Implementation and integration with other platforms were also a really slimlined process and the support team have been great throughout the whole process. Apart from the software which is great the customer support team are amazing. They are super responsive and helpful. This helps you move on and solve your problem quickly allowing you to get on with other things. The online chat function of this technology is such a great tool.
