What do you like best about PeopleForce?

Some advantages I would like to highlight:

+ Easy to use and simple to customize and implement everything according to your company needs;

What do you like best about PeopleForce?

I really like the intuitiveness of the tool, the way it looks and the ease of use. In addition, the implementation process is also a plus - the people at customer succes were extremely helpful and responsive.

People force has a lot of customisability, a very well thought-out recruitment process and a homepage that engages employees.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

What I miss is more flexibility, a quicker response to the critical improvements I already reported during onboarding.

I believe that in many cases small changes could have made the tool even more user-friendly and useful. What I miss is the visibility of people's mentions in individual comments and shuffles, the fact that the system is white or black when accepting a non-being (either one person or two - one after the other, not alternately). Additionally, I miss the ability to add two supervisors to one team, which in our case looks crooked with one person above the other.

The working time schedule, in the case of 3/4 posts with 7h working time, is not possible to set due to the impossibility of setting working time to two decimal places.

There are quite a few small things like this - and I have reported all of them as recommended, while I have not received any feedback on this - whether it happens or not. It would make it easier for me to look for other solutions if this cannot be done systemically. So to sum up, it's a great tool, but I miss a bit of support. What problems is PeopleForce solving and how is that benefiting you?

First of all, I have noticed more order, we have more structured data on individuals, on equipment, benefits, etc. In addition, it certainly speeds up recruitment and automates it, but not in such a generic way - because we can edit everything at every step, so we keep a human face. What I liked the most was the training conducted by the specialist, Liza. The training was very comfortable in an online format, and Liza, as a professional, was open to consultations. She provided great support and helped with every question that arose during the onboarding and system setup process.

PeopleForce combined 2 of our systems in one

- Its user friendly accessible layout makes PeopleForce so simple to use and change things with the click of a button

- The recruitment function is simple but intuitive with their automations to make it easier

What do you like best about PeopleForce?

What I liked most about PeopleForce is how intuitive it is when it comes to finding what you need. Additionally, it has a very user-friendly manual where most of your questions are answered. If not, you can simply send an email to the PeopleForce team—in my case, Igor (a genius, the one who helped us, along with Natalia, implementing the system)—and schedule a brief 15-20 minute meeting.

Even though I mentioned support and intuitiveness as top values, I believe the platform, in general, is open to many improvements that one can hardly imagine.
