What do you like best about Patch My PC?

I like the easiness of how Integrated it is with our CM environment. We can pick and choose what updates we want to get auto packaged. The deployment of the packages are also well developed with the patch runner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Patch My PC?

Nothing has any issues on my side. Keep up the great work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Patch My PC solving and how is that benefiting you?

Patching zero day bugs is easier and not having to go out and package it manually helps alot. Deployment of latest software is easily pulled into CM to save steps from going through the vendor website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Patch My PC?

1. the most packages are easy to publish in Intune if you have no special commands and scripts

2. it helps standarize the packaging process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Patch My PC?

1. The publisher needs a web console!

2. There needs to be an easier method testing new packages.

The process by creating the package with post scripts, command line -> synchronize with intune -> assignment -> and finally delivery of the package is very time consuming, especially when you struggle with a package and you getting installation errors.

For example direct integration of the powershell app deployment toolkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We understand your concerns about the need for a web console and more efficient testing methods for new packages. I’m pleased to inform you that our newly launched SaaS version of Patch My PC, which went to general availability on July 11, 2024, addresses the web console feedback by providing a modern cloud portal to manage all operations. However, please note that we are still working to close some feature gaps between this cloud-based platform and our existing Publisher. We are committed to enhancing functionality in the coming months to ensure a comprehensive feature set across both platforms.
