Patch Manager Plus is a fantastic tool for centralised path management, and in one of the best available in the market.

Support for BIOS patches is currently limited to Dell devices. However, support for other vendors like HP and Lenovo areon the product roadmap. Reporting options such as filtering and vertain metrics like 'Average time to patch' are also limited, however these are also a work in progress on the product roadmap. Custom query can also be requested via Customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main feature of this tool is the hability to execute multiple patching for 3rd party and Microsoft at the same time, allowing admnistrators to plan and execute patching with no major issues, other feature that is very powerfull is the hability to run scripts after and before patch deployment, wich is a great tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If configured correctly, it is very easy to navigate to devices and check the status of them. With the full MSP package, you can also remote into devices and perform troubleshooting and administrative work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some parts of the initial configure can be hard to parse, but there is documentation available in the portal, and it is possible to get in contact with support staff who are happy to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ease of implementation of the product and ease of use of scheduling the automic updates throughout our organinzation. This has reduced our physical footprint throughout our environment and helped us have less maintenance weekends and elt the program install updates on our devices. The only dislike I have is the inconsistancy of patching 3rd party applications. They sometimes throw errors and have issues with manual uploads and throweing off reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Patch Manager Plus is a good product that allows you to patch devices like servers, workstations etc. It also provides update data how vulnerable your environment is to known exploits. It also allows you to setup patching to be automated so that you can patch and reboot overnight with less worry about getting it done with overtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found anything yet that I dislike about the product just wish that there was a better price on endpoint central and vulnerability management that would be some great products to add to our tool sets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am still running a trial but so far I am very impressed with ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus. What I really like about it is how it makes patch management super easy. It automatically handles updates for different operating systems and applications, which helps keep our systems safe and current. Plus, the detailed reports and flexible scheduling options give us great control and insight into our patching tasks. We were missing the detailed reporting from our prior software throught a MSP. Some features, like automating deployments, might take a little of time to learn and get used to. Figuring out the best settings for my company can be tricky. A walkthrough wizard that asks questions and helps set up the environment based on your needs would be really helpful if it had it. I'm still learning the system. The thing I like the best is that it is extremely easy to use. Compared to SCCM for example, this is simple and yet it gets the job done accurately. The reporting and options within are vast. I can count on all my servers being patched without needing to worry about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
