What do you like best about Pabau?

Just purchased this system for use in the United States. The system has been great and has excellent features. The support I received for start- up has been amazing. I was assigned to Leah for all my zoom training and onboarding help. She was terrific and answered all my questions. She responded to all my emails in a timely fahsion. What do you like best about Pabau?

Pabau is a great platform for the clinic I work at. It meets all our needs and more. Not only does it effectively support the services I have already, but is able to integrate other marketing and financial services to elevate the business - all in one place. The ease of use is especially helpful given that our clinic relies on using this platform everyday. Additionally, the success team is especially helpful for answering all questions. What do you dislike about Pabau?

Sometimes due to the time difference across different countries, it makes it difficult to schedule times however the support teams do their best to make sure meetings are scheduled at times most conveinent for us (the users). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pabau?

We love the functionality, customization, communication, and patient experience that Pabau offers. We have been blown away with the level of customer service support for implementation, data transfer, and training. Also, the consistent improvements that Pabau makes to improve the user experience and efficiencies are a game-changer. If they keep doing what they're doing, they will be hard to beat. What do you dislike about Pabau?

There are hiccups that happen, but Pabau is quick to try and resolve them. We are working on a few items with Prescriptions here, as things in the UK are done differently here in the US. Additionally, I'm not a fan of having to pay for SMS Credits to send confirmation texts to our patients. This should be integrated. It can become costly and make the software more expensive than others if you have a lot of patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our patient expereince is superior now with integrating Pabau into our practice. We not have the ability to incorporate digital patient forms with the portal that are easy to use and easy to update. What do you like best about Pabau?

Very impressive support. Pabau has assigned to me a team to support me with every step of the setting up their platform, which has countless integrations and customisation, making it almost effortless for me to go through all the little details.

That includes everything from princing and advice about it to making vouchers and automating consenting forms and sending out campaigns, giving me discounts on their services based on my specific situation as a company, and all this with active and kind support from multiple people on multiple online video meetings. I would definitely recommend.

Althought the plaform addressess many complicated topics of a company, it helps both the business and the client end to be easy and intuitively accessed, enabling me avoiding a tonne of paperwork for every day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabau?

The automation of almost everything and customization for communication, ease of use, beautiful & clean design. It never stops surprising me of its capabilities!

There are so much Pabau is helping me from automatically sending emails of any kind from that has appointment confirmation, pre/post care instructions, online forms, Google review request surveys, invoice, to taking photos for before/after with exact measurements, charting, etc. It is perfect for anyone who loves to reduce administrative work, offer top notch customer service, build google/yelp reviews, appointment reminders and loves to customize everything from the design to exact wording when sending emails and text to clients to consent forms to charting. In my opinion the best thing about pabau is it's simplicity, it's an incredibly simple system to use which made it easy to implement into our clinic and to use everyday and even if you are having an isssue with the system, their customer support team is brilliant and are happy to jump on a call to help us sort out whatever issues we may be having. Good customer care and support. a very good platform that has everything you need to provide service and sales. I am in business for almost 9 years, tried a lot of different software. but I was missing some features which never stopped me to look for a better one. This software has everything that saves my time, keeps my records, and medical forms in one place and is easy to use. I am very happy with this software. Very important that it is a convenient price for a single user, and I have all features that big companies have.I am happy customer :-)

I recently had the pleasure of having a Zoom meeting with EmilyP from the financial department regarding platform settings and advice. During our meeting, Emily provided exceptional guidance and support, ensuring that I understood all aspects of the Pabau booking system. Her expertise and dedication were evident throughout our discussion, and she made the entire process seamless and easy to follow.

Before discovering Pabau, I tried many booking systems in search of a comprehensive solution that could handle medical forms, billing, and marketing efficiently. Pabau not only meets these needs but exceeds expectations. The platform integrates these functions seamlessly, making my workflow significantly more convenient and streamlined.
