"Orum’s AI Dialer Supercharged My Prospecting Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

The most valuable aspect of Orum for my daily workflow is the sheer efficiency of its AI-powered dialer and parallel calling features. Instead of manually dialing and dealing with downtime, it lets me focus entirely on live conversations with prospects. The seamless integration with Outreach and my CRM eliminates manual data entry, so I don't have to move prospects between systems, allowing me to spend my energy strictly on prospecting and booking meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

The main drawbacks are occasional AI misclassifications on call dispositions and minor platform lag. Additionally, parallel dialing relies heavily on clean data to work well, and the workflow customization options feel a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Sales Calls, But Needs Tweaks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

I like how Orum's AI-powered dialer, parallel calling, and seamless CRM integration save me a lot of time. It helps me focus more on having live conversations with prospects instead of manually dialing. This automation reduces downtime and eliminates manual data entry, allowing me to concentrate on prospecting and booking meetings. The integration with Outreach means that data flows seamlessly, so I don't have to manually move prospects between systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

There are a few areas that could be improved. The AI can occasionally misclassify call outcomes, and parallel dialing isn't always as effective depending on data quality. The platform can sometimes feel laggy and experiences minor issues. I would also like more flexibility in customizing workflows. So, the occasional bugs, inaccurate call detection, and limited customization are areas I'd say need attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Orum Supercharges Productivity with Parallel Dialing and Coaching Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

What I like most about Orum is how much it improves our team's productivity and calling efficiency. It helps SDRs connect with more prospects in less time through parallel dialing, reduces manual work, and makes it easier to stay focused on meaningful conversations. The analytics and coaching insights are also valuable for helping reps improve their performance and drive better results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

One downside is that Orum can sometimes create too much focus on activity volume, particularly the number of dials, rather than the quality of conversations and outcomes. More dials do not necessarily translate into more connections, meetings, or pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Prospecting with Integration Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

I like that Orum makes calling simpler and allows me to access information about my prospects while I call. It helps me dial through a list of prospects a lot quicker and in a more organized fashion, and also lets me see a lot of the information on each prospect. Instead of just looking at a name, I can also see the last times I've called them and if I've talked to them before. That's really helpful when calling through a list of prospects. The initial setup of Orum was easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

I sometimes find that it doesn't sync to Outreach or Salesforce, which are other tools that I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Outbound Prospecting"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

Orum has been a game changer for my outbound prospecting. It helps me connect with more prospects and spend less time manually dialing, allowing me to focus on the conversations that matter. I find the platform easy to use, which has made my calling blocks much more productive. The automation features such as automated calling, predictive dialing, and disposition mapping, as well as integration with Outreach, are very beneficial. They save me time from dialing numbers and waiting for unanswered calls, and significantly increase my call volume and meetings booked. The initial setup was very easy, which was a relief. I would definitely recommend Orum to sales teams looking to scale their outreach efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helping Me Book More Meetings Every Week"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

Orum has completely changed the way I approach outbound calling. The parallel dialler helps me connect with significantly more prospects every day, which means I'm spending more time having conversations instead of waiting for calls to connect. It integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and Salesloft, so my workflow stays efficient without extra admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

There isn't much to dislike. If I had one suggestion, it would be deeper Salesforce automation, such as automatically updating lead or contact statuses based on call dispositions. Also, like any parallel dialling platform, reps need to follow best practices around number management and personalisation to avoid calls being flagged as spam. Other than that, it's been a great experience using Orum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Sequential Dialing with Stellar AI Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

I like how Orum helps me with sequential calling and segregating numbers for actual pickups; it's almost like a CRM for me. I find the BoostConnect feature really helpful because it picks the right local number to call people, improving pick-up rates. The AI coaching in Orum has been great for getting suggestions on how I can improve my cold calling. I also found the initial setup with integrations like Salesforce and SalesLoft quite easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

I think the fact that can be improved is when I dial through Salesforce list, it doesn't get updated on SalesLoft, so I have to open two different apps just to check my data. That doesn't affect me that much, but it's an inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Intuitive Calling with Smart Filtering and Number Enrichment"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

Being able to make calls faster, enrich numbers, and filter by pick-up percentage, among other options, there are many intuitive features that feel purpose-built to deliver the best experience when making a high volume of calls with the least amount of input required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

So far, I’d say there isn’t much I dislike about Orum. One improvement I’d suggest is adding a Salesforce Marketing Activity filter alongside the “temperature” filter, so we can quickly see whether a prospect is “warm” or “cold” based on how engaged they’ve been with our events and marketing. That would make it easier to prioritise calls and go in better prepared, since relying only on whether they pick up can sometimes leave you a bit unprepared for more important conversations. "Easy to Adopt, Saves Time, and Great Coaching Tools"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

So far I’ve had a positive experience I like it. I find the platform easy to use and quick to adopt, and it’s already saving me a lot of time by reducing manual dialing so I can spend more time actually talking to prospects. I also really appreciate the coaching tools, live call review, and virtual salesfloor-style collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

I’ve only used the platform for a couple of days, so I may not fully understand everything yet, and some of what I’m noticing could easily be user error on my end. That said, I do see a few areas that could use some improvement, including easier access to key information during calls (i.e. Salesforce Contacts to reference to the prospect) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Calling and Increases Live Conversations"
4/5
What do you like best about Orum?

What truly excites me about Orum is its incredible ability to enhance outbound calling productivity. The parallel dialer is a game-changer, effortlessly minimising the time I spend dialling manually and allowing me to focus on real conversations. I also love how clean and intuitive the user interface is; it’s user-friendly and lets even new users get started with confidence. Its seamless CRM integrations keep my call activities in sync, significantly reducing manual data entry and streamlining workflows.

Performance-wise, Orum continually impresses with fast dialing, minimal lag, and stable connections, even during busy prospecting periods. The AI-driven call detection is fantastic, effectively filtering out voicemails and disconnected numbers, which ultimately boosts my connect rates and enhances the productivity of my calling blocks. The onboarding process was smooth, and the support team has always been ready to assist with any questions I’ve had. Overall, from a return on investment perspective, Orum truly maximises every hour spent on prospecting by generating more meaningful conversations and qualified meetings, making it an invaluable asset for outbound sales teams. What do you dislike about Orum?

While Orum has been a valuable tool overall, there are a few areas where it could improve. The interface is generally easy to use, but some settings and reporting options can be hard to find, especially for newer users. The CRM integrations work well for core activities, but occasional sync delays or limited customisation can require manual verification. Performance is usually reliable, although I've experienced occasional call quality fluctuations or slower loading during heavy calling sessions. From a pricing perspective, it can be a significant investment for smaller teams, so organisations need to ensure they're fully utilising the platform to maximise ROI. The onboarding process is straightforward, but having more advanced training resources and best-practice guides would help teams get the most value faster. The AI features do a good job identifying live conversations, but there are times when call detection isn't perfect, and I'd like to see more AI-driven insights and coaching recommendations to help improve outreach effectiveness.
