Orum has enabled me to increase my productivity when cold calling, which in turn has lead to me booking more meetings every month, resulting in even more commission! At the very least, Orum enables me to 2x my activity levels, calling 2 prospects at once - Their parallel dialler actually allows me to call up to 10 people at once, giving the ability to 10x my productivity! Orum doesn't have a double dial feature, which I think could be really useful. Before using Orum, I'd typically double dial prospects, increasing the chance of them picking up the phone. If they were to add this feature, I think they'd add a lot of value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an Orum user, I absolutely love not only the accelerated dialing capability (my reps can easily hit over 1,000 dials/week if they want!!) but the analytics and AI capabilities to capture objections in calls and measure my teams success in overcoming them is incredibly enlightening. Lastly, both the onboarding and the support are incredible. Attentive, patient and responsive. I'm an official fan!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside is you're never going to want to return to manual dialing again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using Orum for some time now, I appreciate the ability to keep my tasked calls in lists for easier tracking. Orum allows me to identify calls due same day or my upcoming calls if I want to jump ahead in certain cadences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times, Orum is tricky to use the parrallel dial feature and I tend to stick to power dialing becuase I find that the note taking on individual calls is more helpful than attempting to dial 2+ numbers at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Organized, feature-rich, good integrations with CRMs, LinkedIn, etc. making for great implementations.
Ease if use on a daily basis.
Fantasitic support via normal touchpoint, slack chats, and periodic trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing much. Developing nicely and limited only by the user Tbh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Parallel dialing is a crucial tool I can't believe I lived without last year. My sales team puts up 3x the dials and meetings they used to.
*Edit - Another year later and we still couldn't live without Orum! It was also super easy to train my newest AE on how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is clunky at times, and the beep that you hear when you connect to a prospect is sometimes delayed.
*Edit - Still seeing minor call connection delays, but that could be due to my internet connection. Also, their new beta mode looks awful, but I'm hoping I can stick with the original dashboard for as long as possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The salesfloor is a great and amazing bonus for the platform. You essentially get to replicate an office like setting with remote teams. The ability to have a manager or even fellow peers coach in between calls and simply banter as well to let off some nerves has been a gamechanger. On top of that, using the voicemail drop function, boost connect and other options like the automatic AI note taking option make life very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far, Orum has been a fantastic experience for me and the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and simple to implement into my daily outbound calls. Has helped me save so much time and has become apart of my day to day at work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isnt anything I would change about the current platform, some of the newer updates aren't something I prefer to use, and I tend to toggle back to the original Orum since that is an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Orum is an impressive and innovative tool that has greatly enhanced our workflow. The support team is responsive and highly effective, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed. It does take some hand holding in the beginning for setup, but once that's complete, it's pretty straight forward! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement, the overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
By far what Orum does best compared to all the other dialers we tried was it's ability to make many calls quickly. Compared to the 2nd best dialer we found, Nooks, Orum was quicker and more accurate when it came to detecting voicemails. This meant that it we spent less time having to manually click through and more time talking to people.
Orum also a unique feature that we didn't find anywhere else. It's ability to go listen to voicemails and phonetrees. Orum can go through phone trees to find the right people by using the extention you give it or dial by name directories. In addition it can listen to someones name in the voicemail and confirm that it's the right person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest disapointment with Orum and a glaring simple feature that most other dialers have is the lack of a simple dial pad for people to punch in the numbers to call. To call someone new, you have to pull them from your CRM or a CSV, a very manual process for an often one off call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Orum is a game-changer for anyone involved in sales outreach. What I love most about it is how it takes the hassle out of making calls. It’s incredibly fast and efficient, saving me tons of time that would otherwise be spent dialing and waiting for connections. The automation features are a huge plus—they handle repetitive tasks like follow-ups and voicemail drops effortlessly, focusing on having meaningful conversations. The customer service is also just FANTASTIC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing much, I do however find that there are some missing features like, being able to email client a Dashboard or uploading new leads which cannot be actioned directly within Orum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
