What do you like best about Nooks?

Several features... where to start ... the customization options for the dashboard and the dialing interface, the ability to see prospects information in the same dashboard, the expedited way it dials and connects to calls, the feature of being able to switch/add numbers with ease, the feature of being able to collaborate in a common room with other colleagues in a constant video call, the feature of filtering and being able to handle my call lists, being able to set automated voicemails in case the call isn't picked up by a prospect. Overall, great interface, pretty intuitive, great performance. Super recommended! The customer support team is always ready to attend any issue and they consider the points of improvement for future upgrades. I use it daily. It easily integrates with other sale automation tools. What do you dislike about Nooks?

I tend to go over my call lists faster, this might be also bc of the fast way the platform dials and connects, compared to other dialers I've used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nooks?

-Able to call from a mobile

-Increased outreach capability - Using the parrallel auto dialer at 2/3 at a time allows for a greatly increased output in terms of call numbers, but still with a relatively high connection rate

-Shows who is calling when you get a call back

-Automatic VM drops

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Occasionally the connection time is longer than ideal, however I understand this is a metirc the Nooks team is always trying to reduce.

If the AI notes were able to populate from call backs and the one off dialer it would be very helpful, rather than just the auto dialer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-Allowing for greatly increased outreach

-Allowing better team collaboration with remote working from home by utilisation of the sales floors

What do you like best about Nooks?

Helps me manage my time better. I use it everyday from beginning to end so I would say it's essential to my workflow at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Nothing. The product is great and now an essential part of my day. Nooks integrated with outreach seamlessly I didn;t even have to wait. I didn;t handle in the implementation but some people who aren;t very technical said it was very easy to install. Helps me save time dialing and with the AI they have creating a template in my mind for what to say when someone does pick up the phone. What do you like best about Nooks?

It is such an incredibly intuitive platform - between the ability to filter out office hours to the summary of conversations for coaching, using Nooks has meant calling has gone from taking hours in the day to maybe 1/2 hours max.It's an amazing way to collaborate with teammates and learn from one another on an interactive floor. It was extremely easy to enroll & link with our CRM - which has meant daily tasks are actually done on the day itself. I can definitely see this being my go to tool of choice everyday in 2025. We love the sales room - being about to collab with colleagues while dialing is so much fun!

Anytime we need help or certain features are working correctly we can reach out via slack and get real time responses. What do you like best about Nooks?

User interface is super easy and feels gamified especialy when you're parallel dialling multiple POCs at once. Being able to toggle between auto dialling certain prospects and parallel dialling large lists of folks is unmatched.

Saying aurevoir to voicemails and being able to select skip dial trees is just *chef's kiss*

The Ai Powered dialer on Nooks automates the dialing process, saving me dozens of hours of valuable time. Its predictive dialing algorithm ensures that we are getting connected with prospects immediatly. Nooks enables personalized outreach by pulling relevant information from or CRM, Salesforce, records. What do you dislike about Nooks?

Nooks’ parallel dialer allows simultaneous calls, but only the first answered call is connected. Other calls are disconnected, potentially leading to a lower overall connect rate but this definitly trumps calling each person 1 by 1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nooks?

Part of my job is small buisness and we make a lot of calls and instead of wiating 1 min for each call to get a VM, i can call 2-3 people at a time. I don't personally call more then 3 at a time but i love the ease of it. i am also able to do one-off calls. there are also ways to filter out eveyone who didn't answer that day or canceled calls.

I also like the rooms where i can hang with my team, objection handle together and listen in on eachothers talk track. i use this every day too so constantly in the app.

I love the music freature too! i am able to call and listen to relaxing music and if someone answers it auto pauses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
