## Orum Reviews
  ### 1. Major Gains in Output and Results with Orum

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber T. | Sales Development Manager, North America Direct, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Efficiency and increased output and results. Dials per week increased by 39%, connect rate increased by 150%, and conversations per day increased by 250%. I love the Virtual Salesfloor: it creates a live, collaborative calling environment where reps can see who’s actively dialing, listen in on calls, provide feedback, and drive team momentum—replicating the energy of an in-office sales pit. I also like the “When to Call” Analytics: it leverages historical call data to pinpoint optimal outreach times and improve effectiveness by showing when prospects are most receptive to calls. Lastly, I really appreciate our Customer Success Manager and Account Manager; it’s been a great partnership.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

It’s not best practice to use Parallel Dialer (Dials multiple numbers at once (simultaneously), using AI to detect when a real human picks up and instantly routes the call to the rep) to call more than a few contacts at a time, because it can actually hurt results. Teams can end up over-rotating on this feature, and once that habit forms, it’s hard to break. Also, sometimes it’s difficult to reproduce technical issues after they’ve already passed make it hard to report to tech support.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency and increased output with stronger results. Dials per week increased by 39%, connect rate increased by 150%, conversations per day increased by 250%, and meetings scheduled per week increased by 120%.

  ### 2. Higher Connect Rates with Excellent Analytics and Coaching Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew H. | SDR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

The connect rates are higher than on many other platforms that my teams have used, and Boost Connect helps get us in front of the prospects we’re trying to reach. The analytics are excellent for tracking progress and growth, and the coaching tools are really starting to come together.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The UI still has room to grow and can feel a bit glitchy at times. I also think it would benefit from more native integrations, or at least more open API options.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped with our cold call connect rates, and given great insights into where people are performing well and have room for growth - so we can see how their cold calls are going and coach where we need to.

  ### 3. Orum Eliminates Dead Time and Keeps Me Focused on Live Prospect Conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

What I love most is how much it cuts out the dead time. Instead of manually dialing, listening to ringtones, and hitting voicemail boxes, Orum handles all of that in the background. It lets me actually focus on the best part of the job—having real, live conversations with prospects.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The parallel dialing can sometimes be a double-edged sword. When two people pick up at the exact same time, you have to 'drop' one of them, which always feels like a missed opportunity. It definitely forces you to think fast on your feet, but I hate knowing I missed a potential live connect.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Problem It Solves: It solves the issue of manual outreach fatigue—specifically the hours wasted dialing numbers, listening to ringtones, navigating phone trees, and leaving repetitive voicemails. How It Benefits Me: It keeps my energy high and protects me from burnout. Because Orum handles all the background friction and only bridges me when a real person answers, I get to spend my day actually talking to prospects rather than doing administrative clicking.

  ### 4. Boosts Connect Rates and Doubles Rep Output

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry M. | Account Executive EMEA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like using Orum as a dialer, a sales floor, and for AI coaching. It's great for getting a better connect rate across different geographies like APAC, EMEA, and NA, and it helps increase call volume per rep. My favorite feature is the sales floor, especially as a remote-first business. It's challenging to build a salesfloor culture, but Orum makes it easy and provides live feedback. I love that with Orum, we can achieve twice the rep output compared to other sales engagement platforms. The ability to record one way convos in the EMEA regions where data compliance is strict is also beneficial. The setup is super easy; even I, as a BDR manager, was able to do it.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

There's a couple of features I've been discussing about with Orum. At the moment, it does summaries on a week-by-week basis. I want those coaching summaries turned on permanently - Orum are already working on a fix for this!

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum improves our connect rate globally and boosts call volume per rep, facilitating more meetings and stronger pipeline. The sales floor feature helps maintain a remote salesfoor culture easily, doubling rep output compared to other platforms.

  ### 5. Supercharges Cold Calling Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gloriana Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I really like that the bridge to connect is the smallest in the market, making connections seamless. I also like the dashboard and how easy it is to find information. The BoostConnect feature is great as it selects the best number based on the person's area code. I also appreciate that I can distribute contacts from hottest to coldest, which has allowed me to connect faster and book more meetings.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I would like to see a direct integration with Amplemarket. The SME assigned to our company said there's an API coming in the roadmap, so it's a little detailed, but everything else is great.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum for daily cold calling. It helps me filter contacts with the highest connection rates, call multiple contacts at once, and rapidly connect to the first responder. It's easier to make my dials with Orum.

  ### 6. Effective Dialer with Room for Automation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gnana P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I really like the analytics part of Orum. It helps me track how many objections I handle well and shows how my peers handle the same objections, which is super helpful for improving daily also gives me a benchmark within my team, telling me where I excel and where I need to improve, whether it's handling objections, my CTA, or my tonality.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Right now, I think Orum doesn't have this feature where you could segregate your prospects based on different time zones or regions and assign the numbers that matches those exact region's codes. It's all pretty manual. I feel like if it were automated, that'd be really useful.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to dial prospects daily. It provides US numbers across different zones and has contacts readily available. Orum helps me analyze calls and improve my pitch by benchmarking against my team, showing how others handle objections, and ensuring I focus on engaged prospects.

  ### 7. LP BDR Orum Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronnie S. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

It’s efficient for quickly moving through dials and joining meeting rooms, which helps me connect with coworkers more smoothly in a remote setup. User experience is fabulous and the onboarding process with Kelsey, Terry, and Morgan was amazing!

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

No problems with the tool so far. Still waiting on other integrations that our company is still working on, but other than that everything has been great.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My efficiency on calls has improved, and I’ve been able to get my volume up. Having more conversations has been key as well.

  ### 8. Orum Transformed How I Approach Outbound Calling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sloan M. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

The biggest benefit of Orum is the ability to parallel dial. In my previous role, I only had access to power dialing, which meant calling one person at a time and spending a lot of time waiting through rings, voicemails, and no-answers. With Orum, I can dial multiple prospects simultaneously and connect only when a live person answers. That alone massively increased my efficiency, talk time, and overall output. It keeps momentum high and makes outbound calling feel much more effective and intentional.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

While Orum is extremely powerful, there is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially around pacing, call flows, and getting comfortable with handling live connects quickly. Once you get the hang of it, it’s smooth. New users may need some ramp time to feel fully confident using all of its features.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Orum, I’m able to call a large volume of people from my call list quickly and efficiently. Instead of wasting time on rings and voicemails, I can focus on live conversations. This has helped me move through my call list much faster, maximize my daily outreach, and create more opportunities without needing to work longer hours. Overall, it turns outbound calling into a scalable, high-impact activity rather than a slow, manual process.

  ### 9. Fast Dialing That Boosts Call Volume and Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gunpreet K. | Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

what I like most about Orum is its fast dialing and ability to quickly connect with more prospects, which helped increase call volume and productivity.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

There wasn’t much to dislike overall, but at times the workflow feels a bit less seamless compared to newer tools. Having more centralised visibility and reporting would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum helps solve the challenge of low connect rates and time spent on manual dialing by automating outbound calls. This increases call volume, improves efficiency, and helps connect with more prospects in less time.

  ### 10. Orum: A Game-Changer for Dial Volume Increase

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin F. | Server, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I love using Orum because it has significantly increased our productivity. We've been able to quadruple our dial volume and achieve two and a half times more connects with three times more live conversations. Implementing live team power hours has amplified our group energy and allows us to give live feedback, creating a great live environment. Real-time connects and the compound momentum make our team more dynamic. It also provides an outlet for organic competition between reps, which is very helpful. Additionally, the setup was easy, and the team was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

nothing

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum solved issues with low dial volume, connect rates, and booked meetings from Apollo. It quadruples dial volume, increases connects and live conversations, boosts team energy, and offers live feedback and organic competition.

  ### 11. Intuitive, Easy to Adopt, and Backed by a Highly Responsive Orum Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reilyn G. | Sr. Director of Global Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum provides a very user-friendly experience. The platform is intuitive, easy to adopt, and requires minimal ramp time for reps. The Orum team is also extremely responsive—whenever we’ve needed support or had questions, they’ve been quick to help and proactive in offering solutions.

Implementation was straightforward thanks to how well the tool is designed, and both our account manager and customer success representative helped make the process seamless from start to finish. Integration with other tools has been just as easy, we use Outreach, and the two work very well together.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Nothing significant so far. Any minor questions we’ve had have been quickly addressed by their team.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum helps our team operate more efficiently by simplifying outbound calling and reducing friction for reps.
The combination of ease of use and strong support makes it easy to scale usage across the team with confidence.

  ### 12. From Manual Dialing to Maximum Efficiency: Orum Delivers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley W. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum has completely transformed the way I approach cold calling. The Boost Connect feature saves me so much time by eliminating manual dialing, and Hot Numbers ensures I’m prioritizing the right prospects. The AI call scoring is a game-changer - it gives real-time feedback on tone, pacing, and objection handling, which helps me improve with every call.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The Enrich Numbers feature is helpful when you’re missing contact details, but accuracy can be hit-or-miss. More than half the time, the number it finds isn’t correct. That said, this isn’t unique to Orum - most enrichment tools face the same challenge because phone data changes frequently and depends on third-party sources.
I still find it valuable because it saves time compared to manual research, and when it works, it’s a big win. If Orum continues improving data quality or adds more verification layers, this feature will become even more powerful.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum solves the biggest pain point in outbound sales: wasted time. Instead of spending hours dialing, I can focus on having quality conversations. Orum keeps me connected and efficient and it’s not just about volume - it’s about better conversations and better results.

  ### 13. Supercharges Prospect Connectivity and Dial Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like how quickly Orum can dial a whole list of people. If done correctly, you can make 100 dials within twenty minutes, which might take someone an hour or two hours beforehand. It helps with getting as many people on the phone as possible.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I think in between calls, there could be stuff that could work on, like, sometimes I wanna call the next number but it skips to a different prospect. Just depending on the disposition I think you choose. But that could also be something along the lines of, like, the setup with the company you have it with. So I guess just better understanding dispositions and setting up the dispositions best would be my only concern.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum lets us have higher dialing rates and get more connects with prospects, even without direct info. It powers through phones efficiently to identify prospects, improving connect rates.

  ### 14. Effortless Dialing and Team Collaboration with Orum

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul R. | Manager Business Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum is extremely easy to use! Allows you to choose power or parallel dialing which speeds up & automates a lot of your rep's process. I also enjoy the virtual sales floor as it gives an "in office" feel being able to make calls, listen to peers or have peers listen to you for that extra encouragement & instant caching or debriefing is great. They also have AI recaps & coaching that you can utilize & a pretty in depth dashboard for analytics so you can see what the gaps are for the team. Our account team is very helpful showing us different reports to tap into, where we can help push the team, & sharing new updates coming.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

This is just being picky, I think the layout leaves you wanting to see something flashier BUT that's just being a tech snob. The layout is simple & easy.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to maximize account reach while creating team chemistry in a virtual environment.

  ### 15. Sales Development Rep

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie S. | Sales Development Rep, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

- The flexibility to switch between power dial and parallel dialing so I can choose efficiency or control depending on the list and objective
- The ability to reach more people in the same amount of time, which keeps my outbound momentum high instead of getting stuck in one-by-one dialing.
- The AI call summary that generates notes right after each conversation, saving me time and capturing key takeaways without manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

No major dislikes so far; it’s been reliable and straightforward for my day-to-day outbounding needs.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- eliminates the drag of calling leads one at a time, helping me scale outreach and have more live conversations per session.
- reduces post-call admin with instant AI summaries, so I spend less time writing notes and more time prospecting.
- helps me maintain a consistent outbound rhythm, improving overall efficiency and making it easier to hit activity goals.

  ### 16. Uninterrupted Calling and couldn't live without a salesfloor

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy J. | BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like that you can continuously call people without the interruptions and the sales floor is awesome

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The connect rate dropped after the first few weeks on the platform. not sure if it was the number of dials i was making or the lack of new phone numbers.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its allowing me to dial quicker than through my current outreach platform

  ### 17. Orum: A Lifesaver for High-Volume Calling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meera M. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I find Orum's parallel dialer to be a lifesaver as it allows me to make multiple calls swiftly, which is crucial for completing my campaign flow on time. This feature enables me to reach out to multiple people simultaneously, rather than wasting time calling individuals one by one. I appreciate the automation that Orum provides, allowing me to focus on talking to whoever picks up instead of sitting and dialing each number. The seamless integration with platforms like ZoomInfo simplifies the process of picking up numbers and making calls, streamlining my workflow significantly. Moreover, the initial setup of Orum was straightforward and easy, which was a pleasant experience as a new user. This ease of navigation and user-friendly setup has made my experience with Orum very positive.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I think Orum could be improved by incorporating more advanced live coaching features. Currently, while there are basic AI role plays available for practice, having bots specifically customized for the company would allow for more effective practice of cold calls and discovery. This would enhance the user experience by providing tailored, realistic scenarios that better prepare users for actual calls.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to seamlessly integrate with platforms, like ZoomInfo, simplifying number retrieval for calls. Orum's parallel dialer saves time by automating calls, preventing the need for manual dialing, and enhances my campaign efficiency by reaching multiple people simultaneously.

  ### 18. Exponential Dialing with Stellar KPI Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant M. | Director of Sales Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I am highly impressed by Orum's capability to make exponentially more dials than a human can manually, which tremendously boosts my efficiency in SDR cold calls. The ability to automate this process not only saves time but also increases the number of potential connections I can make, which is pivotal for my role. Furthermore, I find the KPI tracking feature fantastic, offering me precise and real-time insights into my performance metrics. This level of tracking helps me better strategize and optimize my call techniques. Additionally, setting up Orum was very easy, which allowed me to integrate it seamlessly into my workflow without any hitches. Finally, the integration with HubSpot enhances my overall experience, as it meshes well with the tools I am already familiar with, making my work smoother and more cohesive.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I am frustrated that Orum's call transcripts don't automatically scroll to the current timestamp during a call. This feature would significantly enhance the experience of reviewing calls. Additionally, I find it challenging that I can't easily compare different analytical statistics side by side. Being able to view and compare metrics such as October's call stats against November's, alongside seeing the percentage differences, would greatly improve the usability for my analytical needs.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to make exponentially more calls than human dialing and for much better KPI tracking.

**Official Response from Parker Tinsley:**

> Thanks for the fantastic review! We’re pumped that Orum’s dialing and AI features are helping you crush it. And hey, sorry about making manual dialing obsolete—we like to think we're saving you from the dark ages!

  ### 19. Automatic Dialing That Cuts Manual Work

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum helps reduce the manual dialing process. It integrates with Salesforce and Outreach, and it keeps track of all activities and follow-ups, which makes it easier to stay organized. Its auto dialer and parallel dialing features are some of the best.

  ### 20. Seamless Integration and Effective Coaching Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LJ M. | BDR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I use Orum for my BDR team so they can make calls, actually connect with our ICP, and then land meetings. It's also a really good coaching tool for me. Orum is giving them immediate feedback and also data on their calls, which makes my 1:1s with reps a breeze. I no longer have to spend hours listening to their calls to know how they are doing on the phone or what objections are coming up. I love how easy it is to use and how it integrates with HubSpot. Reps don't have to be distracted on the call to take notes because Orum is going to give them post-call notes. The dashboards are amazing and a lifesaver. Knowing what time of day is best to call is super helpful. The initial setup was a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

When I'm trying to add calls to the call library, the button disappears at times and slows me down, but other than that, the features I've wanted have been added.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum for my BDR team to make calls, connect with our ICP, and land meetings. It provides feedback and data on calls, easing my coaching workload. With Orum, I save time on call evaluations and leverage impressive dashboards for insights and 1:1s. Plus, it integrates easily with HubSpot.

  ### 21. Orum Is in a Class of Its Own—Easy, Reliable, and Boosts Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean C. | Account Executive, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I have used and trialed just about every dialer on the market. Orum is by far the best, I have not experienced a single performance issue since starting to use it. It's features are easy to use, effective, and more useful than every other dialer, my connects and meetings have increased dramatically. Before you purchase another dialer make sure you evaluate Orum, it is in a class of its own.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

So far there is nothing I dislike about Orum, the team is incredibly responsive and the product is top notch.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives me the ability to effectively keep up with my class and make sure I connect with my prospects

  ### 22. Seamless CRM Integration That Enhances Outbound Processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Curtis K. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

It simplifies my whole outbound process and is built to directly reflect everything that I've spent time dialing in in my CRM. The fully built-out push/pull API means that Orum is a direct reflection of the notes and data that matter the most to me, and any notes and information I enter into Orum make it back into my CRM in a perfectly predictable way.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Orum can be detrimental to your organization and your prospects/leads/database if you don't know how to use it correctly. Your rep will be able to help you understand best practices to ensure that you become a power-user and increase your efficiency without compromising any of the intentional outreach you are doing.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Decreasing my manual processes. I have a few acquaintances doing outbound who are still physically dialing prospects. That's obviously crazy in 2025, so Orum solving that isn't necessarily anything special. What I love most is that I can be as intentional as I want to be about who, when, and how I dial without having to spend any extra time moving between leads. I get ready beforehand, and then I can just go. Orum helps me keep my golden hours golden.

  ### 23. Orum Speeds Up Prospecting with Smart Dialing and Custom Filters

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen K. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like that Orum helps me prospect quciker and make more outbound calls to prospects. Also, when I can't get a prospect to answer my work cell #, I can call the same prospect in Orum using a local area code and this greatly improves my success speaking with the prospect.

I like being able to add filters to the list of contacts. I like to filter my contact list by "State" so I know the territory I am calling into so my talk track will be relevant with the prospect.

I like the AI summary of calls that highlight key points, saving me time on typing out notes or having to relisten to the call.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The thing I dislike the most about Orum is not being able to skip forward when listening to "Connected" calls that were recorded. It restarts the call, making it time consuming to listen to longer calls

One thing I don't necessairly enjoy is navigating both Orum and Hubspot to prospect efficiently. Taking the time to move contacts from Zoominfo to Hubspot and then to Orum. There are a lot of clicks, but once they are added, the rest of my experience is simple and efficient.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prospecting more efficiently. Connecting with prospects who ghost me on my personal work cell and using Orum generated phone numbers as a way to get prospects to answer calls

  ### 24. Efficient Dialing with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh D. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like that Orum allows me to make more dials than a manual dialer, which helps me manage prospect notes more efficiently. I also appreciate that it lets me reach more prospects and have more conversations. The customer support is great, and there's a widget on the app where I can speak to them almost immediately. I find the constant updates to the features really useful, especially with new preventions like the call screener. The Salesforce and Outreach integrations are beneficial as they connect and pull data from one to another, saving time when writing notes.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I don't like the limited selection of UK numbers; there is only a select few you can choose from. It would be better to have more available for customers to select from.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to make more dials than a manual dialer and manage prospect notes. It helps me reach more prospects and have more conversations. The Salesforce integration pulls data automatically, saving time when writing notes.

  ### 25. Effortless Outbound Calls with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I love how simple Orum is. We don't have to think about dialing. All we need to do is upload our list, start the power dialing process, and away we go. It's super simple; we just had a few onboarding videos and calls.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Really, the only thing that we can improve upon is having maybe unlimited tokens for enriching the contacts that we pull from Apollo.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to simplify outbound calls, focusing on our pitch instead of dialing. It connects us to interested parties from our Apollo list, making the process efficient.

  ### 26. Intuitive Tool for Lead Intel, but Connection Glitches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eliane S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like the fact that Orum is really intuitive. I can easily assess my calls, have transcripts, and see how the conversations went by having the notes, which are my favorite parts. It helps me go back to calls and identify any mistakes I made, allowing me to rectify them better. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy because the Orum team was really nice and helped us out, which made the process smoother.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I find issues with the connections sometimes. The page glitches when I'm dialing 10 numbers at the same time, and I can't see anything on my screen even though I'm still on a call. It's a bit messy with these connection problems.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to gather details on leads, like company names, for intel before qualifying. It's intuitive, helps assess calls with transcripts and notes, and allows me to review mistakes for improvement.

  ### 27. Love Orum. Saves me a ton of time.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daryan P. | BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I love how much time it saves me. The ability to connect with multiple prospects quickly without manually dialing is a game-changer. It makes my workflow more efficient and helps me focus on having quality conversations instead of just spending time on the phone.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Sometimes the connection quality can be inconsistent, and there are moments when calls drop or don’t connect as expected. It’s not frequent, but when it happens, it can slow me down.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum is solving the biggest pain point in outbound sales, which is wasting time on manual dialing and waiting for someone to pick up. By automating that process, I can spend more time actually talking to prospects and building relationships, which ultimately helps me hit my numbers faster and with less stress.

  ### 28. Orum is a LIFE SAVER in sales.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas B. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum is an absolute life saver in an SDR roll. It helps me optimize my outreach and get in touch with more companies on a day to day basis. It helps me maximize efficiency and the layout of the app is awesome. The customer support is fantastic. Works amazingly with HubSpot. Took some getting used to, but is very easy to implement into your process.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

At times, the platform operates a bit too quickly, and I have noticed some glitches when trying to unenroll or snooze people. I would appreciate having an improved view that allows you to see these actions separately, ideally with a search function to make finding them easier.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum allows me to reach out to far more companies than I could before. Thanks to the way it streamlines my workflow, I’m able to efficiently contact nearly twice as many companies as I used to.

  ### 29. Orum Transformed Our Cold Calling Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick T.

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like that I don't have to click anything in between calls, as Orum can just dial. On other systems I've used, like Outreach, I had to manually click several times to start, log, and end a call. When making 50-100 calls in a row, that really added up and slowed me down. Orum eliminates this manual work, making me more efficient and allowing me to call way more people in half the time. Setting up Orum was pretty easy for me, I just got access and started adding contacts to it.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Took me a little bit of time to get used to the UX when I first got started, but you could say that about any system.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum makes me more efficient and eliminates manual work. I like that it dials automatically, letting me call more people in half the time without manual clicks.

  ### 30. Supercharges Dialing with Ease and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Winsor B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I love the Orum parallel dialing feature because it allows me to increase the amount of dials I make in HubSpot by three times. It's super easy to switch numbers, so I don't call the same person with the same phone number, and it helps me get more connects faster. I also love that all the notes are custom and easy to digest, with all the information I would have in HubSpot immediately available. The initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I think it's just a little laggy at moments. Also, I've noticed that sometimes the prospect searching in the search bar can be a little wonky. It doesn't always generate the person or will say that someone's not in HubSpot when they are.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum allows me to triple my dials in HubSpot, making it easy to switch numbers and connect faster without duplication.

  ### 31. Efficient Parallel Dialing with Minor Connection Delays on Orum

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily E. | Business Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

What makes Orum great is you can choose to dial a group of people or individuals to match your call tasks. Parallel dialing is great for larger call lists. I also enjoy that you get a reading of the transcript on the other line once it picks up some sort of automated answer or a live person. I also love the dial floors that allow group calls. Makes for fun and easy training or bull pen sessions.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The delay in getting put through to a live person can be frustrating. It tends to set the prospect off as they can tell its a cold call from the delay, but it is manageable and not a deal breaker.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum takes the tedious out of calling and dialing. It makes lists easy to navigate and integrates well with Salesforce and Outreach. It makes completing daily tasks easier and I feel I'm more efficient with my workloads using Orum.

  ### 32. User-Friendly and Efficient with Great Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant Z. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

This software is extremely user-friendly and simple to navigate, yet it remains highly efficient and effective. I really appreciate the ability to organize calls by time zone, as well as by the various types of calls, since many of my calls involve different talk tracks. I also enjoy the clean design—not just in the dialer, but also in the analytics and call history sections.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I wish they would add an option to filter out items in the dialer, rather than only allowing you to filter in what you want. Additionally, I would appreciate the ability to add line breaks in the account description notes section, so my notes can be organized and not all merged into a single large paragraph.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely being able to reach a substantially more amount of companies and contacts, enabling me to not only talk to more people each day, but also helping set up future high quality follow ups.

  ### 33. Orum Tripled My Outreach Efficiency and Saves Me Time with Automated Summaries

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max L. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I really appreciate how much more efficient Orum makes my business outreach and development efforts. With its automated dialing, I’m able to connect and have conversations at three times the rate I experienced with my previous system. Another feature I value is Orum’s summary tool, which gives me a complete recap of each call without requiring me to enter notes manually. With the time saved I have had more opportunities to take on projects and close projects in a more timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I do really enjoy the coaching feature as it provides live feedback but some of the objection points made are a bit confusing. For example, I consistently get dinged for not adding more discovery questions when just leaving a voicemail. Maybe a bit more customization on the end user side would be helpful.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum is solving the issue of inefficient outreach. My connect and conversation rate has skyrocketed since using this platform as it automatically bypasses wrong numbers and continually dials until a connect is made. My connect rate has gone up and my time spent on the phone has gone down which allows me to focus on what matters most, driving revenue and building relationships. Before Orum, I do not think I could ever confidently say I can call 100 people today but now I have done it multiple times with ease!

  ### 34. Quick Setup, Great Support, and Real Results for SDRs with Orum!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nyah H. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum is incredibly easy to use and quick to implement! My team was onboarded in minutes. The integration with our CRM works, and the platform’s features make high-volume calling effortless. I use it daily, and the customer support team is always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. It’s become a core part of my workflow, as it has helped me increase connects, book more meetings, and spend more time selling instead of dialing on a weekly basis.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

While Orum is easy to use and integrates well with our tech stack, I’ve noticed occasional lags and minor sync issues with the CRM. Those slight delays between dials or hiccups with the CRM sync can interrupt my workflow. But overall, Orum’s team is a speed dial away and has helped resolve issues. Also, I’d love to see more reporting features and deeper call analytics added over time.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum takes the pain out of cold calling. As an SDR, I spend far less time manually dialing and more time actually talking to prospects. The platform automatically connects me with live leads, integrates smoothly with my CRM, and keeps my workflow moving fast. It’s helped me boost my connect rate, book more meetings, and hit my numbers more consistently. The time saved each day makes a huge difference in productivity and confidence on the phones.

  ### 35. Orum Makes Dialing Easy and Efficient, but Call Delay Can Be Frustrating

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karin F. | Sales Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I have been using Orum for a few months now. I really enjoy how easy the system is to use and how robust it is. Because of how many dials I make each day, automating the dials with Orum has been a life saver. I can sit and let Orum take the wheel and wait for the first call to be presented. I love the Parallel feature and that we can customize how many contacts we would like Orum to dial. Orum has made my daily dialing more enjoyable. I also really appreciate the Customer Support and IT Support with Orum. Any questions or issues has been answered promptly.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

For me, one of the downsides is the delay between the beep and when I am able to speak to the contact. I am a bit hard of hearing, so that may be a part of my issue, but I do not hear it sometimes. My least favorite thing to hear is Prospect Hung Up. If I can decrease the amount of times this happens, it would be that much better.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The amount of dials that Orum allows me to perform each day. Before Orum, I was able to manually dial out around 150-170 each day, and with Orum, my numbers of connects has increased. This has given me a much bigger pipeline than I had before. I am very happy with Orum and how it is helping me.

  ### 36. Very helpful tool to have in your tech stack

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum has been a fantastic addition to our sales tech stack. It has significantly increased my call volume and the number of successful connections, all while reducing the time I spend. The user experience is intuitive, setup was fast, and it’s very easy to get the hang of. The insights and data it offers on connect rates, call outcomes, and more are truly valuable. Overall, Orum has made me much more productive in my role as a BDR/AE, and I would highly recommend it to any GTM team.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The only criticism I have for Orum is the delay between when the prospect answers and when the user gets bridged in can be too much at times. Sometimes there's a good 4-5 second delay and the prospect hangs up before I have the chance to speak.

There's ways around this though, like power dialing instead of parallel dialing multiple prospects at a time. Or just keeping an eye out for the transcription and manually connecting.

Regardless, this tool is great and is worth the investment.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum has helped our team drastically improve call volumes and connect rates, as well as meetings booked in general.

  ### 37. Director, Sales Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey C. | Director, Sales Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum enables us to gain a much more comprehensive understanding of our cold call data. It provides clear insights into the distribution of calls, connects, conversations, and meetings booked, which allows us to analyze our cold calling efforts with greater precision. This information offers valuable feedback that helps us coach our representatives and pinpoint areas where they can enhance their performance. Orum is super easy to use with an easy interface for end users.

Additionally, we have great support with our AM team and CSM with a focus on outputs for our team. We really have found value in our partnership with the team.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Limitations in connectivity with Groove.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since moving to Orum our reps have doubled the amount of meetings being booked leveraging the tool. We have focused heavily on outputs, conversations / meetings booked, to drive pipeline for our business.

  ### 38. Great Analytics and Coaching Tools, Kudos-Jeffrey Bautista

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erik P. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Wonderful staff and Kudos for Jeffrey Bautista on the 24/7 support team The 'Coaching' and 'Analytics' apps provide valuable features such as Activity Metric Performance and Call Scorecards, offering fast and reliable information that is well established and particularly useful for sales calls and cold calling. The dialpad is easy to use, and connecting calls requires minimal clicks, making the process efficient. Additionally, the call history and AI features allow for immediate copy-paste of findings, which further streamlines workflow.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

There is no integration for text messaging or email services in the final product. The call dialpad should be straightforward to navigate, and the interface is colorful and user-friendly. However, the time stamps are vague and do not clearly indicate the times.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Text messages and emails play a crucial role in cold calling, and I believe Orum would be a stronger sales calling platform if it included these features. For me, the main advantage is that I no longer need to integrate or add any additional software or systems.

  ### 39. Great Team Culture and Fast Dialing on the Salesfloor

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

The salesfloor allows great team culture and the ability to make dials quickly.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I wish the boost connect didn't show as spam likely.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

less clicking to make dials and sales floor to collab with team

  ### 40. Orum is the Forum for dialing and staying focused

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John G. | h, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

AI-powered parallel dialing: I love how Orum’s AI dials multiple numbers at once and instantly connects reps only when a human answers—boosting live conversation volume. A major timesaver, eliminating downtime between manual dials and automating dispositions and outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Some connectivity problems and instances where calls drop or disconnect abruptly before speaking, harming workflow fluidity. The AI sometimes misidentifies voicemails as live pickups (or vice versa), resulting in false connections or missed calls.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AI-powered parallel dialing automates the entire dialing workflow—handles retries, distinguishes live answers, navigates IVRs, and drops voicemail on my behalf. I can focus on real conversations, not dialing. Increase in live conversation volume by 3–5×—from ~10–15 calls per day to 30–50+

  ### 41. Boosts Efficiency and Automates Workflows Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sierra D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I love how Orum has made me more efficient by allowing me to make more dials, get more connects, and set more appointments, which translates to more closes. It's really nice not having to waste time updating tasks in HubSpot because Orum does it for you. Even though there's a bit of a learning curve at first, it's 100% worth it. My favorite part of Orum is how quickly it moves from call to call, letting me sit back instead of working manually. The multiple numbers it allows you to have are really awesome because they relate directly to higher connections. The initial setup was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I think the follow-up process in Orum and more direct and hands-on touches to leads (usually the 2nd and 3rd touches after the first initial call) could be improved. If I go into my tasks for the day, some of them are not necessarily calls. Some have other specific actions that need to be completed after the first initial call. If the task is to email or text, it won't call automatically, and it will let you still work the lead the way you need to.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum makes me more efficient, enabling more dials, connections, and sets, leading to more closes. It integrates with HubSpot, saving time on tasks. I process more leads and enjoy its quick call transitions and multiple numbers for higher connections.

  ### 42. Boosts Prospect Reach with AI Support but Recording Issues

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aisha S. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I use Orum for power dialing prospects, and it significantly increases the number of prospects I can reach. I like the power dialing feature and the AI coach because they allow for greater call volume, unlike tools like Salesloft and Gong which are great for personalization but don't handle volume. I also found the initial setup to be pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Not every country can be dialed, failure to record most calls, issues with feeding into other tools.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum for power dialing, which increases the amount of prospects I can reach.

  ### 43. Effortless Prospecting and Productivity with Orum

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

What I like most about Orum is how it dramatically boosts productivity by enabling more conversations in less time. Its intuitive interface, seamless CRM integration, and automation features like voicemail drops make prospecting effortless. Plus, the support team is always responsive and helpful, which makes the overall experience smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

One issue I’ve encountered is not being able to access notes from a previous call immediately. It would be really helpful if the SFDC link could open automatically as soon as a connection is made.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to waste a lot of time on manual dialing and dealing with low connection rates. With the ability to enable parallel dialing and automate tasks such as voicemail drops, I can now reach more prospects in a shorter amount of time. This allows me to concentrate on having meaningful conversations rather than getting bogged down by repetitive work, which ultimately helps me build a stronger pipeline and boosts my productivity.

  ### 44. Promising Features Hampered by Bugs and UI Issues

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** c m.

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like that Orum is fast and enables productivity. Some of the tech features like enrichment and boost connect can be really helpful. Number enrichment looks for more accurate numbers for prospects, making it easier to get in touch with people. Boost connect can be helpful when it results in a higher connect rate. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Some of the UI is clunky and can be prone to bugs and errors. Our team connect rate has actually gone down from using mostly Orum. I think the numbers they use could be more frequently monitored to make sure they are not flagged as spam numbers.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to eliminate the slow and time-consuming manual dialing process. It speeds up my work and boosts productivity. The tech features like number enrichment and boost connect can be really helpful, making it easier to reach prospects and potentially improve connect rates.

  ### 45. All-in-One Dialing Solution Improving SDR's Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria E. | VP of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I really enjoy Orum because it's an all-in-one platform that helps with managing phone numbers and parallel/power dials. It's great that it connects directly into Apollo, making task management easy and keeping everything organized. I've enjoyed a lot of the reporting features, and I like that everything is sort of organized in one place. It also easily surfaces coaching opportunities for my SDRs. Additionally, I love the ability to filter calls easily to find ones with good connect rates, and then listen to recordings to highlight where my SDRs can improve their pitch. This helps us understand where our delivery might need improvement and work with my team on it. Another standout feature is that Orum integrates directly with Apollo, which not many dialers do, and it's one of the reasons I chose it.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I wish there was the ability to import call tasks manually from a CSV. I also wish that there was a bit more flexibility with the integration pieces. Our setup was a little bit unique, and so we had to connect through HubSpot, which had several technical challenges just getting it set up (more of a Hubspot problem than issues with Orum). The only thing that is a downside for us currently is, they do have minimum team size requirements, and our team didn't quite meet the minimum. So we're overpaying a bit for the service that we're receiving.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum for power dialing with my SDR team, and it efficiently manages phone numbers and dials. It connects with Apollo for easy task management, keeping everything organized. It helps surface coaching opportunities and improve pitch delivery by highlighting areas needing improvement.

  ### 46. 8x Call Capacity, Streamlined CRM Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly M.

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I love that Orum integrates directly with our CRM and allows for two-way communication with HubSpot. It enables us to 8x our outbound efforts, maximizing our BDRs' time on the phone and reaching the people that matter. The analytics are great, and the UI/UX allows us to see in real-time how our data and reps are performing, helping us to course-correct swiftly. The two-way sync removes manual data entry from our workflow, ensuring accuracy without wasting time logging calls, allowing us to focus on live conversations. Real-time analytics and reporting enhance productivity by allowing us to be agile, shifting quickly to improve leads or train our reps to convey value better. The initial setup was fantastic; the team got us up and running very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I wish that there was AI that would analyze the call and give a first crack at the notes to make that go a bit faster.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum 8x our outbound calls, integrating with our CRM to cut manual entry, ensuring data accuracy. The real-time analytics let us adjust quickly, maximizing productivity and improving our outreach strategy.

  ### 47. Supercharges Outbound Efforts with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conner G. | Sales Director

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I really like how Orum helps us increase our outbound dialing capacity by allowing us to reach a significantly higher number of prospects via phone with higher connection rates. The seamless integration with Salesloft has made things very simple for us. It was a very seamless launch, and the initial setup was extremely easy, requiring minimal onboarding. The ability to drop pre-recorded voicemails into people's inboxes while dialing multiple people at once is fantastic since it helps get our name out there quickly. These features combined allow us to reach more prospects over a shorter period of time, overall boosting our outbound efforts.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Nothing to note as of now

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Orum to increase our outbound dialing capacity. It helps us reach more prospects with higher phone connection rates and lets us drop voicemails automatically. This supercharges our outbound efforts, making prospecting faster and more efficient.

  ### 48. Boosts Prospect Engagement, Easy to Set Up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason B.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like Orum because it allows me to talk to more prospects faster and there's less time wasted on dialing. The calls feel more focused and high energy, making it easy to hit daily activity targets. There's better consistency across the team, and it makes outbound calling feel less painful. The initial setup was incredibly easy, definitely five stars.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I mean, at the moment, it has a pretty steep learning curve just because it has a lot of different products, but that's my only room for critique.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to solve low connection rates, eliminate reps wasting time dialing, improve call quality, scale outbound calling efficiently, gain visibility into call performance, reduce ramp time, and prevent burnout. It helps me talk to more prospects faster, with focused and high energy calls, making it easier to hit targets consistently, and making outbound calling less painful.

  ### 49. Orum makes my outbound sales job so much easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hailey N. | Sales Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

What I like best about Orum is how it removes the tediousness from outbound calling. It automates dialing so you can spend more time having real conversations instead of waiting on connections. It’s intuitive, fast, and built to help reps focus on quality engagement rather than manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

At times, call connectivity and voicemail detection can be inconsistent, which slows down productivity. Reporting and analytics could also be a bit more flexible to make it easier to track rep performance and call outcomes in detail.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum is helping streamline outbound calling by automating the manual parts of dialing and connection. It saves hours each week by increasing live connect rates, letting me focus on having more meaningful conversations instead of waiting on rings or managing call lists. Overall, it’s made outreach faster, more efficient, and easier to scale.

  ### 50. Efficient Cold Calling with Smart Features, Minor Editing Limitation

**What do you like best about Orum?**

quick and easy way to knock out hundreds of calls in an organized matter. Very effective in adding notes, call qualifications and even offers AI sales plays to improve your cold calling techniques

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Not many downsides to the tool that I can honestly think of. Maybe re-editing call outcome once you save it. Currently unable to to do that unless you call them again.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum is allowing me to load in hundreds and thousands of contacts where it can auto dial 1 by 1 or up to 10 at a time. It is such a huge time saver and an exceptional call organization tool. I would have call each contact one by one before, update Salesloft manually for each. This took forever to do. Now its all done in real time.
