Here’s the kicker – Orum’s team actually listened. They took the time to understand our unique needs and aligned their recommendations accordingly. Shockingly, many competitors in the "sales selling to sales" space had clunky, impersonal processes that made it clear they didn’t practice what they preached. Apollo integration could be slightly improved. Have to go back to Apollo to skip call steps that dont have phone numbers. Wouldl like to do everything related to calls from Orum Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cold calling is a time and numbers game. If you need your reps to do a bunch of calls, and present solutions, and create proposals, and follow up on deals, and reply to emails all in 1 day... they'll be challenged to get ENOUGH calls in to keep the funnel full while doing all these other activities.
This let's you bang out 100 calls an hr easy... and leave voicemails etc.
For reference... someone who is relatively fast DOING NOTHING ELSE ALL DAY can call 150 people in 6-8 hrs depending on conditions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Orum has completely transformed how I handles outbound calling. The power dialing technology alone is incredibly efficient - I'm getting through my calls 40% faster than normal and my connect rates are up due to boost connect. The paralell dialer is completley nuts, and I'm still testing the upperbands of just how good it is. Initial testing is yielding a 2.5x increase in effieicncy, AT LEAST. Orum is a robust Dialer. We tested 4 separate dialers and Orum came out the winer. It had the quickest connect time when parallel dialling. Even with using a CSV for the trial period. our team was able to 2.5X their efficiency. Our team is located all over the world and we found the timezone filter to be an amazing function and we were very surprised that more dialers do not offer this feature. They also had the best integration with Hubspot. As a manager, I really appriciate all the insights and analytics they offer as well. It makes it really easy to know what is going on with my team. Orum has been a total game-changer for our SDR team! The parallel dialer feature has significantly increased the teams' productivity and efficiency, allowing us to reach more prospects in less time. While Orum has been a fantastic tool for our SDR team, we have occasionally experienced some technical issues and bugs. However, the support team at Orum has been incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing our concerns and resolving problems promptly. Their quick turnaround and friendly assistance have minimized any disruptions and made the experience overwhelmingly positive. What I find most helpful and impactful is that Orum provides local phone numbers from certain Latin American countries. This has dramatically increased my team's connect rate since the other tool we use only gives us 1 US based phone number. SpeedDialing and its integration with the HS List are incredibly user-friendly. Additionally, it allows the use of up to 10 different phone numbers simultaneously. Customer support is prompt, typically responding within 2–3 minutes, and they immediately provide a Zoom meeting link if further assistance is needed. That it allows your reps to get more done in less time, it has the easiest UI for easy implementation with your team regardless if they are a Boomer or a Gen Z. The support team is extremely quick for when your team can't solve it for themselves, and is vital for daily and frequent pipeline generation. I don't like that it points out where my bottlenecks are in my CRM and Lead Gen. It's not a bad thing on them but it means I have more work for myself! It's a great problem to have because this allows me to make sure that my team has the right contacts and the right info in front of them to do the best they can.
