What do you like best about Orum?

I find Orum incredibly useful for calling large lists of prospects efficiently and accurately. I really like the Parallel dialer, which allows me to call up to 5 numbers simultaneously. The ability to adjust the detector mode is impressive; it ensures that once the software detects someone has picked up, it connects me immediately. I appreciate the seamless integration with Outreach, which was a significant factor in switching from Connect and Sell, alongside Orum's enhanced customization and more accurate data. What do you dislike about Orum?

I dislike the imperfect synchronization with Outreach. There are 'suggested' dials from Outreach that do not seem to transfer to Orum, which hinders the seamless calling experiences expected. Specifically, calls suggested by Outreach when someone opens my emails multiple times do not appear in Orum, making it challenging to execute the remainder of my call tasks as easily.
