What do you like best about Orum?

I absolutely love Orum's ability to handle multiple numbers, which significantly enhances my day-to-day calling activities. Unlike other tools like SalesLoft, where I was limited to just one number, Orum allows me to have up to 10 numbers, which is incredibly beneficial. This feature allows me to call prospects at different times of the day using different numbers, increasing the likelihood of reaching them. The versatility of adding numbers from various regions like the US, Europe, or APAC without additional cost is fantastic. It greatly helps in addressing the issue of making calls seem more local and trustworthy to the recipients, avoiding the impression of phishing or scam calls. Additionally, Orum's parallel dialer is a game-changer, enabling me to make 200, 300, or even 400-500 calls a day effortlessly. It's amazing how I can dial multiple numbers at once, which saves a lot of time and increases my productivity. I also appreciate the ease of onboarding, as the team made the setup process smooth and efficient with detailed demonstrations and FAQs, which really helped my team and me get up to speed quickly. What do you dislike about Orum?

I find the UI of Orum a bit basic. While it's functional. Having used NOOX, which has a more animated and premium-feeling interface, I feel that Orum could improve in this area to enhance the user experience. I believe a more animated interface would make navigation easier, especially for users who are not tech-savvy, allowing for smoother interaction with the application. "Orum Speeds Up Calls, but Needs a Slower Dial Option for Better Preparation"

Even the power dial goes a little too fast like I don't have time to really prepare for a call. even just a one second delay would not make calling that much longer and it would allow me to take a second, breath, and best prepare for the call. What do you dislike about Orum?

Every dialer comes with its own set of strengths and weaknesses, but there isn’t much I dislike about Orum. My main issue is that it doesn’t do a great job of collecting data on connection rates for specific area codes. The information doesn’t reflect all the dials made with each area code. What do you like best about Orum?

I use Orum extensively in my business development team to call prospects and generate a strong pipeline. I find the AI coaching valuable as it helps me improve my pitch and prepares me to overcome objections. The ability of Orum's dialer to call multiple people simultaneously, specifically 2-4 at the same time, greatly increases my efficiency, allowing me to make three times as many calls in the same time it used to take. The AI summary feature is a huge asset, as it allows me to focus entirely on the conversation without the distraction of note-taking, making me more effective in my calls. Furthermore, the ability to have my team listen live to calls and review them post-call fosters a collaborative environment where we can all grow and enhance our skills collectively. Additionally, the analytics provided by Orum are excellent, offering insight into the number of calls made, objections handled, and tracking conversion rates, all of which are crucial metrics for my team’s success. I dislike that Orum does not have the option to dial from Indian numbers. This is problematic because many of my prospects are based in India, and they are hesitant to pick up international numbers.
