**What do you like best about Omnipresent?**

I've been hired by Cytora through Omnipresent (EOR) and the experience has been so far so good. I could complete all my information in a web application at the time I want as well as all my doubts were so well answered on FAQs section.

**What do you dislike about Omnipresent?**

Being an EOR, it's not crystal clear the whole benefits of the positions, since Omnipresent is only in charge of the payroll and other legal matters. But then, you have the end company benefits apart from it.

**What problems is Omnipresent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I has been hired by a UK company not having legal entity in Spain, and since I am Spanish citizen thanks to Omnipresent I could work for the UK company from Spain.

I had a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. Everything was handled promptly and professionally, making the entire process stress-free. The team was very responsive to my questions and needs, ensuring that I was well-guided every step of the way.

What stood out the most was the dedication of my assigned contact person. Even while on leave, they still made the effort to respond to my queries and provide support whenever I needed clarification. That level of commitment really shows the company’s focus on employee experience and support.

Overall, I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The onboarding process was not only quick but also very organized. I’m excited to get started and look forward to working with such a responsive and supportive team.

As someone based in the Philippines and working for a company headquartered abroad, this has been a huge benefit.

They take care of the local compliance, payroll, benefits, and administrative tasks, which removes a lot of the stress for both me and my employer. It allows me to focus fully on my work while feeling secure in my employment, knowing everything is handled legally and professionally. **What do you like best about Omnipresent?**

I had a really good experience with Omnipresent. They supported both me and the UK startup I wanted to work with while we were looking for an Employer of Record (EOR). From the start, they were very kind and offered us flexible and fair conditions, which helped us make the decision more easily.

I’m based in Germany, so working with a company in the UK could have been complicated. But Omnipresent made everything much easier. One thing I really appreciated was that they stayed in touch with me for more than a month and always kept me informed about the process. Their communication was clear and helpful, which made me feel confident.

The platform is simple and easy to use. I’m really happy with how everything went and would recommend Omnipresent to other people or companies that want to hire internationally without stress.

Right now, it doesn’t have a lot of extra features, but for my situation, everything I needed was already there.

Omnipresent is solving the problem of hiring and working across borders. Since I’m based in Germany and working with a startup in the UK, we needed a way to make everything legal, easy, and smooth. Omnipresent helped us with that by handling all the legal, payroll, and compliance work, so neither I nor the startup had to worry about complex processes.

Thanks to them, I was able to start working without delays, and the company could focus on growing the team without dealing with international admin work. It saved us both a lot of time and effort.

**What do you like best about Omnipresent?**

Omnipresent simplifies global hiring by handling payroll, taxes, and compliance. 
The onboarding process is smooth, with clear guidance and support.
Their platform is intuitive, making it easy to manage employment contracts, expenses and time-off requests.
I had a small doubt at the initial stages of my onboarding, and received immediate support in the platform.
During the onboard steps I had a dedicated person who guided with useful explanations, and timings of the whole process.

Having a global payroll implies some missing automations on some of the contract steps, probably due to the local changes in laws and the ability to adapt.

**What problems is Omnipresent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get a compliant employment contract without my employer, who is based in the Netherland, needing to navigate Italian bureaucracy.
My salary is processed correctly, avoiding tax complications or delays.
I receive Italian statutory benefits, ensuring job security and social protections.
I can work for an international company while staying in Italy, without worrying about legal hurdles.

**What do you like best about Omnipresent?**

For family reasons, I had to move to a country where my current company doesn't operate. After consulting several EOR providers, only Ominipresent took the challenge of helping me set up in a new country and with the visa process. All other companies just said, "Sorry, you are on your own." They did the intermediation between my HR department and me, helped me to organise the documentation needed and a big kudos to the customer support that was always on my side.

Other EOR companies can be bigger, shinier and offer more features. However, Omnipresent was there with me when I needed. This is priceless.

**What do you dislike about Omnipresent?**

Their app is quite simple, has not many features than the competitors as far as I know.
There is no direct link or integration to my company's HR system. Hence, everything must be done via the app and validated externally.

They helped me setting up the visa and HR compliances and allowing me to live in a country with my family.

**What do you like best about Omnipresent?**

Things usually go smoothly, and when they don’t, the support team is quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Payments are always on time, and they’ve been a big help with administrative and bureaucratic tasks. For example, when I was on paternity leave, Omnipresent was fantastic in assisting with all the necessary paperwork and general support.

**What do you dislike about Omnipresent?**

Holidays, time off, and timesheets aren’t integrated with my company’s internal platforms, so I have to log everything twice. Sometimes I forget, and it becomes a hassle for everyone involved.

**What problems is Omnipresent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnipresent enables me to be hired as a regular employee (rather than a contractor or freelancer) by a company that doesn’t have a legal entity in Spain. That’s incredibly helpful for remote workers like me.

Since we onboarded with Omnipresent it's been a great experience compared to previous EOR suppliers. The chat function is helpful and my recent experience with Marina was great - she was super quick with all my queries and lovely to chat too.

Haven't found anything to dislike at the moment.

**What problems is Omnipresent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently employed a member of staff in NZ. We currently don't have an entity there and an EOR was the best way forward. Our previous provider was very confusing with getting this set up in NZ and didn't know the answers to queries we had which didn't fill us with confidence and the process was very long. Once we moved over to Omnipresent the process couldn't have been more straight forward and easy - their live chat function has also been great to get quick answers on anything we need.

I use Omnipresent as an end user rather than as an employer, so I believe I don’t have access to many of the platform’s functionalities. However, what I value most is the ease of use and excellent customer support — the team is always very attentive and quick to help with anything I need.

The onboarding experience for my job was very clear and well-structured, and the support team was consistently helpful throughout the process.

There is no customer support available during weekends.

I like that the Omnipresent team provides you with clear information from the start of the process, and they are also very proactive and agile in finding solutions. You always get quick responses and feel the team's availability whenever you need it. I would like to meet the people, sometimes faces make the gratitude for all the work they do feel closer. I think it would be a great gesture to be able to say thank you to them at some point, beyond an email.

My experience with Omnipresent has been very pleasant. Since there were many teething issues, I understood that some tasks may take longer than expected. But even so, Omnipresent were always communicating with me and keeping me up to speed. This is something I really appreciated. 

I was also able to navigate the platform quite easily without much difficulty. Everything about my employment was clear and concise. Gaby was really so helpful and was ready for any questions that I had. Responded swiftly too!

Overall, I give them a 10/10 for stellar customer service with a real human element!

I really do not have any negative thing to say about my experience, honestly. As said before, I understood why things had to take some time as there were many parties involved. But it was all handled very professionally.

While I admire Omnipresent’s mission and global impact, one challenge I’ve observed or heard about is that rapid growth can sometimes lead to internal processes or communication frameworks struggling to keep up. In fast-scaling companies, this can occasionally cause misalignment or operational inefficiencies. That said, it’s also an opportunity — these growing pains are typical in high-growth environments, and Omnipresent seems committed to continuously improving its systems and culture.

**What do you like best about Omnipresent?**

The platform is unobtrusive. As an end user of the website (i.e. an employee through a local EoR that partners with Omnipresent), I rarely have to interact with it (which is a plus for this type of software) -- aside from the initial on-boarding setup, I only ever regularly used it to log PTO. "used" because they've since added a HiBob integration & are now able to sync directly with my company's HiBob PTO registry.

All my interactions with the on-boarding/support team have been positive. I am a very detail-oriented person (the sort of person that actually reads contracts, terms of service, approximates em dashes with 2 hyphens rather than 1, etc) and I can regularly tell that people are finding me annoying for actually paying attention and asking questions, but I've not felt this from Omnipresent's team.

**What do you dislike about Omnipresent?**

I do not outright dislike anything about Omnipresent. It does what it needs to do (i.e. serve as an intermediary between the company I work for and the local EoR in my country) and I have not felt any significant friction using it.

Having said that, I've previously been employed through Remote.com, and Omnipresent has a more "scrappy"/start-up (scale-up?) vibe to it than Remote. For example: the design feels "simpler" (in a "why is there so much whitespace in my homepage" way) and, subjectively, less appealing (I originally wrote "ugly", but that would be an exaggeration -- it's perfectly adequate).

In line with the start-up vibe, I've also found a minor bug or two despite not using the platform much. None of them have been serious enough to make me displeased with the platform, but they're there -- the 2 specific things I have in mind are (1) the platform losing the back photo of my ID card during on-boarding and (2) the location of some pages changing without old links being updated to gracefully redirect to the new locations (i.e. https://app.omnipresent.com/time-off no longer exists, but rather than redirect to https://employee.omnipresent.com/time-off it redirects to https://app.omnipresent.com/404).

They connect the company that I work for with a local EoR in the country in which I reside.

Automation of the service. I can do all via self-service portal. Their  support is quite quick to reponse.

**What do you dislike about Omnipresent?**

They don’t always seem to comply with the laws and regulations of my country. For several months, they failed to pay my mandatory pension contributions, and I only noticed it myself. The same happened to a few of my colleagues, and in some cases it took months to fix.

I also don’t like that they’re not making use of available tax benefits and incentives. These are legal and encouraged by the government, and someone who genuinely has our best interests in mind should be putting in extra effort on these accounting matters. Instead, it feels like they consistently go with the easiest solution, even when better options exist.

**What do you like best about Omnipresent?**

Overall, my experience with Omnipresent has been very positive. Being based in Spain, it’s a great advantage that Omnipresent is directly registered here and acts as the official employer, rather than working through a local intermediary. This makes the service more consistent and of higher quality. The platform is very user-friendly, payments are always processed on time, and submitting reimbursements is easy and efficient. I really appreciate the clarity and simplicity of their processes.

**What do you dislike about Omnipresent?**

One area that could be improved is the process for scheduling and completing the annual medical exams. It doesn’t seem to work very smoothly — this is my third year, and I’ve only been able to complete one so far. Improving this process would make the overall experience even better.

We are a project that operates from the United States but employs staff across several countries in Latin America and Spain. Omnipresent has been extremely helpful in allowing us to hire the talent we need in the countries where we operate, while ensuring full compliance with local labor regulations. For the platform, I like the easy menus with not many options. The most used can be found easily.
The support usually answers quickly and gives the useful answer.
I receive what I need without asking (for example the docs for annual taxes).
The improvement of sorting the time off starting with the most recent was needed. It was a pain when I had to scroll through the time off of several years

Not flexible for adding partial days for illness or holidays for example.

My onboarding with Omnipresent has been very smooth, and I have received great service in that respect- quick and comprehensive replies to my questions about my contract and employment in France through their local partner in country. I appreciate the ticket system, the friendliness of Omnipresent employees and the quick reaction to questions I have, even though the quality of the actual answer has been more inconsistent since moving from the local partner directly to Omnipresent.

**What do you dislike about Omnipresent?**

The termination of the arrangement with the local partner in France has significantly impacted the quality of service I have received, due to the lack of a single point person with expertise and knowledge of the specifics of the French system, resulting in longer timelines for getting an answer, and inconsistency in how helpful and thorough these are. I feel less well supported and fairly 'alone' overall, and do feel that operating through a local partner in a context as complex as the French system adds significant value - and trust - in the EOR services Omnipresent provides.

The EOR service is allowing me to have a salaried contract within France.

Omnipresent's quest for efficient and powerful platform is a sign that they value their customers.  They continously improve their platform making it easier for us to find immediately what we need such as expense report, documents of the employees, invoices, etc.
Next I like is their customer support as they respond immediately to any of my query.  They also send updates to inform me that they are working on my case.
And lastly, I like best is the kind of service our CSM, Alba, is giving to Pearson.  She is always on top of every query or issue I present to her.

I wish they have grace period before they send payment reminders since it takes time before the payment reflects in their system.

The onboarding process was smooth and rather quick. I got all the necessary information right away and the portal is filled with videos, explanations and chat assistance. It's user-friendly and easy to navigate so it's not ofen I have to reach out for support as everything is already in the platform.

The downside is they don't have a number for customer support so it's all via emails, which can take a while, but the team responds rather quickly. There were some cases where my onboarding agent wasn't responsive, but other colleagues jumped in so the issues were resolved. An improvement to the communication with clients would also be appreciated.

Omnipresent was always helpful, responsive and clear, which I truly appreciated, especially when you are changing jobs. Their efficiency and communication made everything much smoother and easy.
