What do you like best about Omnipresent?

I use Omnipresent as an end user rather than as an employer, so I believe I don’t have access to many of the platform’s functionalities. However, what I value most is the ease of use and excellent customer support — the team is always very attentive and quick to help with anything I need.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

My experience with Omnipresent has been very pleasant. Since there were many teething issues, I understood that some tasks may take longer than expected. But even so, Omnipresent were always communicating with me and keeping me up to speed. This is something I really appreciated.

I was also able to navigate the platform quite easily without much difficulty. Everything about my employment was clear and concise. Gaby was really so helpful and was ready for any questions that I had. Responded swiftly too!

Overall, I give them a 10/10 for stellar customer service with a real human element!

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Omnipresent is straight forward and easy to use, it assists by providing a layout that is simple and explanitory, assisting users that are new to the software with step by step guides on what to do next, not only that but I got my very own person dedicated to me names Gaby and she was there and ready to answer any and every question I had asked, timeously. Omnipresent handles my contract, the liason between the employer and myself, they have my banking information so that I am able to feel at ease knowing my first paycheck will be on its way in a months time and they clarified my working hours, days and details, all through their software and application. Omnipresent is solving one of the biggest challenges in today’s remote work landscape: making it possible for companies to hire talent across borders without the legal and logistical headaches. As an employee based in a different country from the company I work for, I’ve personally benefited from this.

Without Omnipresent, I probably wouldn’t have been able to work for my current employer due to the complexities of international employment law, tax compliance, and payroll regulations. They take care of all of that behind the scenes—making sure I’m paid on time, that taxes and social contributions are handled correctly, and that I have a compliant employment contract based on local laws.

This gives me peace of mind and stability in a remote role. I can focus on doing my job, knowing that my employment is fully compliant and my benefits, taxes, and paperwork are being managed professionally. What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Its user friendliness. As an employee it's good to have everything in one place, and don't have to go through some tedious processes for diferrent stuff, like holidays, expenses, etc. Also, the customer support is great, they reply fast, and they remind you whatever you need to add. What do you like best about Omnipresent?

I moved to Spain recently and was confused about local legislation, "cita"s you need to get everywhere and tons of documents you need to provide from the beginning. Thankfully, my company hired Omnipresent to manage all the processes, and on this platform, I had a clear checklist – step-by-step on what to do and which information to provide to start working in Spain legally. Proactivity but specially reactivity. Communications are clear and friendly. No answer to our questions are delayed in any way. What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Omnipresent's quest for efficient and powerful platform is a sign that they value their customers. They continously improve their platform making it easier for us to find immediately what we need such as expense report, documents of the employees, invoices, etc.

Next I like is their customer support as they respond immediately to any of my query. They also send updates to inform me that they are working on my case.

And lastly, I like best is the kind of service our CSM, Alba, is giving to Pearson. She is always on top of every query or issue I present to her. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
