"Centralized Device Management with Smooth Microsoft Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Device management is centralised and makes it easy to separate locations, with specific policies that can be implemented based on each location. I also love the script integration for automating device deployment, as well as how smoothly it integrates with Microsoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

I don’t really have any downsides to using NinjaOne. The only thing I would mention is the Bitdefender integration—specifically, clearing notifications so the device shows as green. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Dependable RMM with Powerful Automation and Device Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

What I like most about NinjaOne is how intuitive and dependable the platform is. It combines remote monitoring and management, patch management, endpoint management, MDM, and automation in one interface, which makes it straightforward for our technicians to work efficiently. The automation features, along with the clear visibility it provides into our managed devices, have helped us cut down on manual effort while improving response times and overall service quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

I honestly haven’t experienced any shortcomings or dislikes with NinjaOne in our day-to-day use. It has been a highly relied-upon and frequently used resource for us here at Provident Technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaOne: Intuitive UI, Solid Integrations, and Flawless Performance at Scale"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

NinjaOne has a lot of strong capabilities that work well for almost any client. The UI is very easy to understand, and while it does include an ELI5 view, in my opinion that actually strengthens the platform by helping it stay simple and approachable.

The overall integrations available out of the box are also very solid, and the main limitations really come down to your own imagination. Anything that isn’t supported out of the box can usually be defined with the right API keys and some setup. Platform performance has been flawless for us; even with over 8,000 entries and a lot of custom field data, it still loads with ease.

Pricing per product and per agent feels fair, with suitable plans in place for scalability (just talk to the team). Whenever we’ve needed support from the Ninja team, they’ve been happy to help, even when we’ve designed ourselves into more complex issues. As for onboarding, it isn’t a service we’ve taken on, but we know it’s available if we need it to assist with our client deployments. The AI setup in the platform is still upcoming, and it’s getting stronger over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

A couple of the features are a bit lacking, but providing feedback to our Ninja AM helps us better shape the product for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Solution with Great Service"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I find NinjaOne to be a very good product. The excellent solution it provides and the great customer service are standout features for me. I like how we use NinjaOne for device inventory and management, and it effectively solves our asset management issues and connections to customer networks. I appreciate the way NinjaOne shows the health of all devices, allowing me to see when things are down and what is really wrong, which makes my day simpler. Everything works well, and I love how NinjaOne is constantly looking to improve things. The initial setup was easy with the professional services from Ninja, and overall, I would rate my experience with NinjaOne as a 10 out of 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague. What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

I wish there were better integrations with Connectwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-one platform, easy to use and very efficient for managing the technology park"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

NinjaOne stands out particularly for its ease of use, combined with a very broad functional scope, making it a highly efficient platform for comprehensive management of the technology infrastructure.

The solution brings together key capabilities such as remote management, monitoring, patching, backups, and ticketing in a single panel. This significantly reduces tool dispersion and simplifies daily operations. This "all-in-one" approach allows for centralized system management, with a direct impact on time savings and improved productivity of the technical team.

Additionally, NinjaOne offers strong integrations with third-party solutions, such as SentinelOne or CrowdStrike, which facilitates its fit within more advanced security architectures and existing environments, without the need to replace critical components.

Finally, the customization layer and the ability to enrich both the panel and operations are especially important, as they allow the platform to be adapted to daily needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

As a point of improvement, multi-tenant management and the permissions model could evolve towards a more granular and flexible approach. In certain scenarios, maintaining adequate segmentation between tenants or clients can be complex, especially when different levels of access or operational responsibilities are required.

Likewise, although the integration with EDR solutions like SentinelOne is correct, it would be desirable to have greater direct operation capability from the central NinjaOne panel, avoiding the need to switch between consoles for certain advanced actions on the EDR. This would further reinforce the unified platform philosophy and improve operational efficiency in managed security environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It is a fundamental tool in the management and automation of our IT infrastructure."
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The most useful aspect is its ability for automation and real-time monitoring, which allows us to manage devices remotely, implement security patches, and execute scripts with ease. Additionally, its integration with other tools and its intuitive interface make management much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Although it is a powerful platform, some advanced features may require additional configurations or may not be as customized for certain specific environments. Additionally, the cost can be a factor to consider for smaller companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A True Single Pane of Glass for Endpoint Management"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

It’s a single pane of glass for all of my endpoints (including mobile, back up, etc.). Being able to use one management tool across all devices and information—like ticketing, devices, backups, documentation, and overall management—takes a huge strain and frustration off my back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Some features that other RMMs have are missing here. For example, I’d like to be able to chat with a user at their computer as a technician without having to remote into the machine, and I’d also like the option to set endpoints to back up more than once per day. I also wish I could integrate Blackpoint SOC directly into NinjaOne, and remediate my SentinelOne alerts directly from NinjaOne. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Easy-to-Manage Platform with a Fast API and Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

It is reliable and consistently gets better. I've been a partner for nearly a decade, and have seen several iterations of the product. The team at Ninja is continually investing and evolving the platform. It's easy to navigate, easy to manage, and continues to add features that are useful on a daily basis.

The API is also incredibly useful and fast, ensuring automations are able to be run in a timely manner and very successfully.

The support team is fast to respond if an issue does arise (though I don't remember the last time I even needed them with how stable the platform is).

I can't imagine running an MSP without Ninja on every device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

I honestly can't think of anything that bothers me with the platform. Our pricing is solid, and the releases are coming out hot and fast. I couldn't be happier with the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Fast Innovation, and Excellent Support with Strong Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Easy to use, excellent support structure, fast pace of innovation and product improvements.

Close integrations with security and backup software, Apple Business Manager, InTune and more.

Performance issues are very rare. Dashboard is responsive and quick compared to other products I've used.

Bonus points for dark mode. If a site doesn't have it, I force it with an extension.

50 seat minimum is painful for some, but I understand why it is there. Other than that, pricing is flexible depending on purchase quantity.

AI features are currently lacking but I'm sure they are furiously working on it to be competitive. Throwing AI at everything without proper security measures is a terrible idea anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

50 seat minimum has turned away some small companies I've recommended to try NinjaOne.

I would like to see an integrated AI agent like Atera where it can help with using the platform and with troubleshooting machines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaOne + HaloPSA Integration Makes Ticketing Fast, Accurate, and Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Ninja one has helped our organization run tickets efficiently. Currently we have connected our HaloPSA instance to NinjaOne which creates tickets for us and alerts. The integration allows for a single button click in our PSA to open the Ninja window for the corresponding device and tie it to a ticket. The speed and accuracy is great for moving between tickets and billing quickly while you are on the machine that needs attention. The NinjaOne team was there everystep of the way to help us move from one support program to the only one we will need for a long time. The pricing model is great and very fairly marked for all the extras it provides us as an MSP. The interface is simple and not hard to train new employees. The AI is a feature that you must check out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Very few dislikes. Many times something we dislike was just due to not understanding the flow to Ninja. At one point we were still using Apple Device Manager because we did not understand NinjaOne. It was a real problem for us. Once we took the time to reach out to support and walked through setting us MDM it is a great addition. There are very few things we do not have the ability to do that we had with our old model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
