Nearly 40,000 customers across 140+ countries use NinjaOne to replace fragmented point tools with one platform built to scale. Teams monitor and control Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, and virtual devices in one place, automate routine work with policy-based automation and human-centered AI, and cut the cost and risk that come from running many disconnected tools. NinjaOne serves internal IT teams and MSPs alike, from lean IT departments to mid-market and large enterprise organizations managing distributed, multi-site environments. Common uses include consolidating IT tooling, automating patching for security and compliance, managing distributed and hybrid workforces, improving endpoint visibility, and strengthening backup and ransomware readiness. NinjaOne has maintained a 98 percent customer satisfaction score for more than five years, backed by free unlimited onboarding and 24/7 support in seven languages. Organizations that move to NinjaOne report replacing four or more separate tools with the single platform. ## NinjaOne Reviews
 ### 1. Clean, Fast UI and Reliable Remote Access That Keeps Our Distributed Team Moving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The UI is the standout for me. It's clean, fast, and organized in a way that actually matches how you think about managing endpoints — device groups, policies, and scripting are all a click or two away without digging through nested menus. New techs on my team get productive quickly, which matters when you're running IT for a distributed construction workforce where field supervisors don't have time to wait on tickets.

The remote access is genuinely fast. Even when I’m connecting to a device on a job site with marginal connectivity, it still works reliably, and that alone has saved me hours each week.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting is the weak spot for me. The built-in reports cover the basics, but they consistently don’t surface the level of detail I actually want—whether that’s deeper hardware inventory fields, more granular patch history, or simply the ability to pull exactly the columns I need without having to wrestle with filters. As a result, I end up exporting data and massaging it elsewhere more often than I should. Custom report building exists, but it still isn’t as flexible as I’d expect from a platform that feels this polished in other areas.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne brings together three things we used to manage separately: ticketing, patch management, and our knowledge base. Having everything in one pane of glass means my team isn’t constantly context-switching between tools just to resolve an issue. When a ticket comes in, we can immediately see the endpoint’s patch status and pull up the relevant KB article without ever leaving the console.

Patch management on its own has been a major win for us. Automated deployment across our fleet keeps systems current without anyone manually chasing down machines, which matters a lot when a good portion of our endpoints are out on job sites instead of sitting in an office.

Because ticketing is integrated with the RMM side, techs get device context right inside the ticket. There’s no digging around for asset details or jumping between remote session tools, and it’s noticeably reduced our resolution time.

Keeping the knowledge base in the same platform also means documentation actually gets used. When the KB is a click away from the ticket, techs reference it instead of reinventing the solution every time.

 ### 2. NinjaOne has been a great tool for us as an MSP to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We use most of the capabilities of the platform. RMM, windows and software patching, sentinelone integration, ticketing. We've used multiple rmm tools from other companies and there's always a learning curve to how to configure and run each. Ninja was super easy to learn. Their documentation and videos make a big difference. Its also easy to book their engineers and get some 1:1 training and best practices on implementation. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Ninja. MSP is a new arm to our business and ninja is making it super easy to scale and be successful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I wish they had internal use right licenses, other RMM companies do provide this. Compared to the other companies i've had experiences with, I can't say there's anything else I dislike.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an MSP, it allows us to easily manage devices without having to touch each one all the time. It allows us to easily scale in the amount of endpoints we are managing. Automation is big and ninja's platform is a big help in allowing us to do that.

 ### 3. Can't Recommend NinjaOne Enough!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin N. | Information Technology Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I've been using NinjaOne for almost three years now, and I couldn't be happier with the platform. The ease of use is unparalleled, making it simple to manage all of my IT services from one central interface. With features like OS/3rd Party Patching, Endpoint Cloud Backups, SaaS Backups, Vulnerability Management and SentinelOne integrated seamlessly, NinjaOne truly lives up to its promise of providing a comprehensive IT management solution under one pane of glass.

A special shoutout to my account manager, Joey, who was exceptional in helping me get started, but has also continued to support my business. He is responses are prompt, friendly and accurate every time.

Overall, NinjaOne has significantly streamlined my IT operations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a robust, user-friendly IT management platform.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Higher minimum RMM endpoint requirement, which makes it more costly for smaller MSPs to switchover due to cost.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne RMM is solving the problem of consolodating all of my IT services into one pane of glass. This makes my day more efficient without having to switch between multiple systems to complete simple tasks.

 ### 4. Easy to Use and Highly Customizable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

There is a lot of customizable options and is easy to use

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I do not like how long it takes for searches, or that it you don't get a list of devices you can click on, then click on another. You have to start a new search every time.

It would also be helpful to have similar functions to Screen Connect, like the link to phone/CW View, where you could connect to a user's mobile phone camera to look at things on site with them. Or to improve the function of being able to connect to a new computer by having them go to a website, we give a code, and then we connect to them with Admin capabilities. That's often needed but the Admin part does not work for ours. We can only seem to connect as a regular user.

Although I am not familiar w/ the pricing end, it seems like a good value relative to programs with similar functionality.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped with our printer deployment management and to be able to organize our clients so that we could use scripts or install apps to specific clients as they prefer.

The alerting system is a nice added functionality as well.

 ### 5. Practical RMM solution with clear strengths!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne offers a central portal that significantly simplifies the management of all customers and devices, reduces complexity, and saves working time. Tasks such as patch management, software updates, and system monitoring can be automated, thereby reducing manual effort and minimizing potential sources of error. By bundling all functions into one dashboard, our technicians receive a clearly structured overview of endpoints, infrastructure, and support resources, which noticeably eases the daily work routine.

The onboarding of new customers is uncomplicated and requires little effort thanks to the agent-based installation. NinjaOne's customer support also responds reliably and provides timely assistance with questions or problems.

Particularly helpful in daily operations are the integrated remote tools like Ninja Remote as well as PowerShell and CMD connections in the background, which our technicians regularly use to efficiently handle customer issues.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Currently, it is not optimal that the new Winget patching in NinjaOne is still quite error-prone and therefore does not always work reliably. Additionally, the management of policies with inheritance is not particularly clear with a large number of customers, making it overall harder to understand. Devices with issues that are offline remain marked with an alarm on the dashboard.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using NinjaOne, we were able to replace our previous isolated solutions for each customer and significantly standardize management. This gives us a complete overview of all customer environments and allows us to analyze technical problems much faster, more precisely, and more efficiently.

NinjaOne helps us with the following challenges, among others: centralized device management for Windows and servers on a single platform, automated patch management as well as regular maintenance tasks, and fast, integrated remote access without the need to provide additional tools.

 ### 6. A solid and easy-to-use RMM platform for daily IT operations

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro S. | Junior IT Security Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is that the platform centralizes monitoring, patch management, remote access, and automation in a single console and the scripting and automation features help reduce repetitive manual tasks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some advanced features could benefit from deeper customization options. Reporting and dashboard customization could be more flexible, and certain integrations or advanced security controls may require additional tools or workarounds depending on the environment.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps solve the challenge of managing and securing multiple endpoints efficiently, especially in distributed or remote environments. Its biggest value comes from automated and reliable patch management, which ensures operating systems and third-party applications remain up to date with minimal manual effort.

 ### 7. Good Tool for MSP and internal IT

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We chose NinjaOne because of its rapid, steady development and its modern look and feel, which makes it very easy to use.

We started a few years back and have been happy with the continuous development and the delivery of new and improved features.

The growing community is very welcoming. Webinars and other events help us enable new features when needed, and if required, support is available and helps us resolve issues quickly.

NinjaOne also offers a rich set of integrations that fit our portfolio. The remote tools help our technicians resolve tickets quickly and efficiently, and automations help us achieve on- and offboardings in a fast, standardized way.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Our greates dislike is the missing long term data retention, but this is already scheduled on the roadmap, so we are looking forward to that.

More options to manage alerts would also improve NinjaOne for our needs.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We came to NinjaOne when we where looking for a RMM Tool to use in our SMB-MSP Business.

We compared multiple solutions and decided to use NinjaOne based on our requirements. We had no remorse with that decission.

Compared with other solutions NinjaOne felt easy to use with a welcoming UI and UX.

 ### 8. Intuitive MSP dashboard with a strong team and top value for money

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel H. | Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The use of a dashboard for all daily activities of an MSP. We have integrated various systems, including M365, into NinjaOne. Simple and clear design as well as the price/performance ratio fits perfectly. Behind NinjaOne is a great team that is almost always available and supports you.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Contrary to the initial statements many years ago, all features remain "free" and included. However, this keeps changing. It is only important that they do not lose their focus and expertise due to the increasing size.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solve all aspects of our end customers with NinjaOne: monitoring of servers, PCs & infrastructure, update management, and much more. Solutions like backup (whether M365 SaaS or workstation backup) are added on top.

 ### 9. Great device visibility, but remote sessions and stay-signed-in need work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I mainly use the Devices view which gives me an overview of all our devices. Being able to see the uptime is incredibly useful when performing a quick audit. Being able to customize names for each device helps keep us organized and efficient. Clicking into a certain device also provides an extensive description of the specifications including the helpful Activities sections.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The “stay signed in” feature never works for me. I’m constantly having to use SMS to authenticate again the next day. Remote sessions are also inconsistent: sometimes it says I don’t have the program installed, and other times it just never connects. Even when it does work, it often takes multiple auto-reconnect attempts.

The remote session experience itself could use improvement. Not being able to have the remote screens take up all of my usable monitors means I have to manually switch to each screen, which is inefficient. The NinjaOne academy also feels over-complicated, and the content can be outdated at times.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us deploy scripts, manage devices, and even consolidate ticket management in one place. It saves us time and resources, which lets us focus more on supporting other projects.

 ### 10. NinjaOne Is a Game-Changer: Fast, Intuitive RMM with Powerful Patching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We’ve worked with a number of RMM platforms over the years, and I can confidently say that NinjaOne has been a complete game changer for both our internal operations and the level of service we provide to our clients. We have been with them for over 6 years and will not leave!

In the beginning the supported us completely - total hand holding with onboarding ourselves and clients. They integrate with Bitdefender and other AV but we like Bitdefender the most.

From an RMM standpoint, the platform is incredibly fast, intuitive, and reliable. Device visibility is near real-time, automation is powerful yet easy to deploy, and the overall interface allows our team to operate efficiently without wasting time digging through cluttered dashboards like we’ve experienced with other tools.

Patching has been one of the biggest wins for us. We manage a large number of endpoints across multiple environments, and NinjaOne has allowed us to standardize patch management in a way that is both consistent and hands-off. We’ve significantly reduced vulnerabilities across client networks, and compliance reporting has become something we can actually trust.

On the MDM side, NinjaOne gives us centralized control that simplifies device management across different environments. Whether it's enforcing policies, deploying updates, or monitoring device health, everything is streamlined and scalable.

** and i have to add NinjaOne’s Patch Intelligence AI is amazing! **

Where NinjaOne really stands out is in cybersecurity impact. Patching and etc.

To say i am completely happy, satisified, and confident in Ninjaone is an understand.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is nothing i dislike with NinjaOne - it truly checks all the boxes for what an MSP needs.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving patch management and script deployment. I use it daily.

 ### 11. Great onboarding team, fast response to any questions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew Y. | Senior Solutions Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2020

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It’s easy to use, with a fast interface, simple settings customization, and a reliable agent. The detailed view and excellent remote capabilities make it easy to work on endpoints without interrupting users. I also love the reporting and the level of customization available.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There’s no dedicated deployment tool and no support for Linux, although they’ve advised that Linux support is planned for a future release. The third-party tool they include for pushing out software is adequate, but it doesn’t support installation for several core products, such as MS Office.

**Recommendations to others considering NinjaOne:**

Spend some time on a trial of Ninja, talk with the sales people and account reps, talk a look at Reddit reviews and comments.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having different patching policies for different clients and devices makes this a very flexible solution, and it’s so much better than WSUS.

The TeamViewer integration is also good.

The dashboard is easy to use, and even when managing multiple customers and sites it’s straightforward to see which clients don’t require any remediation and which ones are still waiting for patches, reboots, and other follow-up actions.

 ### 12. NinjaOne: Reliable Remote Management with Powerful Scripting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Farming | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne allows me to reliably remote into & manage our corporate-owned assets throughout several of our companies. I can always count on NinjaOne for onboarding, offboarding and software inventory needs. Bulk running scripts or scheduling scripts to run has also proven to be super helpful. My most common use cases are the integration with Splashtop for Remote Access & running elevated powershell instances. Love it!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Honestly, for what we use it for regularly and for the "one offs" we've thrown at NinjaOne, I can't say there is anything I really dislike about the software. It has yet to let me down!

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote Access & Elevated Powershell instances. We are spread out across the US & it has been amazing for allowing me to feel as though I'm right in front of the machine. The Splashtop connections are smooth, reliable and high quality. It's kept my team from having to make emergency trips to our facilities to get "hands on".

 ### 13. Easy-to-Use, Powerful Remote Management with Reliable Performance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is its ease of use combined with powerful functionality. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to manage devices, automate tasks, and monitor systems without a steep learning curve. It saves time through efficient remote management and reliable performance, which is essential for day-to-day IT operations.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One area for improvement in NinjaOne is that some advanced features and reporting options could offer a bit more flexibility and customization. While it covers most day-to-day needs very well, having more depth in these areas would make it even more powerful for complex environments.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps centralize IT management by allowing us to monitor, manage, and support all endpoints from a single platform. It reduces the need for multiple tools and manual work, which saves time and increases efficiency. This means issues can be identified and resolved faster, leading to less downtime and a smoother experience for both IT and end users.

 ### 14. Proactive Patching, Powerful Remoting, and Responsive NinjaOne Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The Ninja Remoting and the proactive Scripts and patching features, I find, are the most useful for supporting my clients. I was nervous at first from switching from Kaseya to NinjaOne, but I am very glad I did. Ninja support is very easy to get in contact with when you need them for anything with their software.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The App for phones is odd to use, so I don't use that much. The layout is nothing like the web portal. Having things layouted close to the same makes alot of difference. The other thing that I don't like and wish was much beter is customizing Ninja Ticket system. It's so locked down with what you can do with it.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has provided most of the tools I need to be effective in supporting my clients. It took a bit to get the right scripts in place and the automatic features in place, but things are moving along nicely now.

 ### 15. NinjaOne Does It All—Seamless Setup and Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It literally does everything we need it to do - and then some. If we can't figure it out in-house, the NinjaOne support staff has always been a huge help!! They walked us through the setup and integrating NinjaOne with our existing systems. Anytime we have an issue, support is just an email away.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I can't think of anything I dislike about NinjaOne.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us keep our computers patched, it notifies us when theres an issue so one of our technicians can resolve the issue.

The User Interface is easy to use, and very customizable! My only tiniest complaint here is that its sometimes difficult to find the exact setting we need to change because there are SO many options!!

NinjaOne helps our computers in the field stay running their best by notifying us when the devices need a restart, or theres an issue with a patch.

 ### 16. Custom Fields & Remote-PowerShell: NinjaOne makes monitoring and client management extremely flexible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best is the function of the Custom Fields. Together with Powershell, it creates endless possibilities to monitor, configure, or proactively maintain systems.

No other tool I know can do this. Additionally, I never want to miss the "Auto-Completion" in Remote-Powershell again (Other RMMs like ATERA can't do this).

Further points:

The interface at Ninjaone is easy to understand, thus facilitating the onboarding of new employees and customers.

The integrations with Intune and CrowdStrike complete our client management portfolio from our side. We can easily combine devices that the customer has in Intune (where policy management and deployment run) with Ninjaone as a patch, application, and monitoring system. Through CrowdStrike, the SME sector is then affordably protected against viruses, etc., and also has a 24/7 SOC team, which otherwise one could not afford.

The prices of Ninja are fair from our perspective and thus easy to sell, especially when considering scaling.

So far, we have not had any performance issues with customers; it just runs unnoticed in the background.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So far, there are no points regarding client and server management that we do not like.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A major example here is the use of scripts that can proactively prevent daily pain points. Many customers in the SME sector use M365 Business Premium licenses, and with that, in Intune, you only have the chance to execute "one-time scripts". With the limitation of NinjaOne, this can be remedied affordably.

Also, monitoring of clients/servers in the SME sector is not as widespread as it should be. With the solution from NinjaOne, our customers not only get a good managed service but also a monitoring + remote connect tool included.

 ### 17. The Best RMM around

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I've been working with NinjaOne for about 3 years now and I can say that not only are the UX and UI user-friendly, but the team here at Ninja is extremely knowledgeable and dependable. I've run into a few issues and when I run into any issues the team is extremely quick to respond and makes my life so much easier.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don’t have any dislikes. The softwares is always getting better.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja helps me stay on top of customer issues before they arise. The product excels at risk mitigation and logging. The reports are laid out and make life incredibly easy for communicating what is happening between my company and my customers.

 ### 18. It is a fundamental tool in the management and automation of our IT infrastructure.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Víctor R. | Responsable Departamento IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The most useful aspect is its ability for automation and real-time monitoring, which allows us to manage devices remotely, implement security patches, and execute scripts with ease. Additionally, its integration with other tools and its intuitive interface make management much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Although it is a powerful platform, some advanced features may require additional configurations or may not be as customized for certain specific environments. Additionally, the cost can be a factor to consider for smaller companies.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems are there in NinjaOne?
Although NinjaOne is a robust platform, some aspects can be improved, such as the lack of more advanced options in patch management or the customization of certain reports. Also, sometimes the documentation is not detailed enough for more complex configurations.

Despite these limitations, NinjaOne remains a valuable tool, as its ease of use and focus on automation compensate for these shortcomings. Additionally, their support team is responsive, which allows for quick problem resolution and optimization of IT management without major disruptions.

 ### 19. NinjaOne Makes Endpoint Management Effortless with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jassen P. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best is that it automates tasks such as patch management and provisioning services and software a much more trivial task when managing a fleet. It has saved us many times in a bind, and also invaluable for managing our endpoints. The remote capabilities keep continuing to improve, and are very solid. What I love most is the ability to quietly manage a system through powershell or command prompt effortlessly, which has been incredibly useful or many occasions. Account management and support have been a pleasure to deal with and are always on hand to give help, tutorials, and access to resources such as Ninja Dojo, to self learn anything in detail. Finally, installing the software and provisioning everything was extremely easy, and surprisingly refreshing. We installed on our domain controller, and it found and integrated all our machines there to manage. I depend on using NinjaOne on a daily basis and can't do without it now.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There isn't really much to dislike except where features may be missing or incomplete. We did consider using NinjaOne for Backup purposes quite recently, but at the time it lacked the DR element, which was crucial for us. They are updating all the time through, so I anticipate this is something that now exists, and I'll follow this up with our AM in due course.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The kinds of problems NinjaOne solves is being a single pane of glass into fully managing our endpoints effectively. In addition to general remoting onto units, we can effectively pin point patches, schedule installs of software through Chocolatey, send system wide messages and policy effectively, quietly make changes through powershell and command prompt which has honestly been invaluable. On top of all this, we see the status of our machines in real time, and can deal with situations effectively, quickly and when we are in a bind.

 ### 20. Easy to Use and Configure, with Helpful Dojo and Great Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Very easy to use and configure, Dojo is incredibly helpful for finding info - Support team is great for what the Dojo doesn't have

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Been working on the MDM features recently and there are some missing features - Technician access in Kiosk mode, some issue with location tracking and lost mode not working correctly.

UI not too configurable, seems cramped and not all info is relevant.

Various outages recently caused some issues with customers and accessing their environments

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Windows devices are much easier to manage now on a mass-scale, "Automation Library" is leaps and bounds better than Intune for quick fixes with near instant reporting compared to waiting for devices to check in with Intune, then for Intune to update it's reporting

Server patching takes much less time to complete compared to ConnectWise Automate (previous product) as well as adding devices in to the platform using "Network Discovery"

 ### 21. Fast, Reliable Patching with Lightweight Agent and Smart Alerting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashok V. | Technicial Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Fast, reliable patching
OS and third-party patching are solid and predictable. When it says something is patched, it usually is. That alone wins trust.

Policy-based automation without madness
You can set policies once and apply them broadly without creating a fragile house of cards. Scripting and automation feel powerful but not scary.

Performance + lightweight agent
The agent is small, quick, and doesn’t feel like it’s bullying the endpoint. Devices stay responsive, which users appreciate even if they don’t know why.

Good alerting signal-to-noise ratio
You can tune alerts so you’re not drowning in nonsense, but you also don’t miss real problems. That balance is hard to get right.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Automation & scripting could be deeper

Reporting is just okay

Third-party patching doesn’t cover everything

Alert tuning takes manual work

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized endpoint management
✔️ Patch compliance for OS + apps
✔️ Remote support without extra tools
✔️ Automated monitoring & alerts
✔️ Script execution at scale

 ### 22. Clear Client Insights, Easy Portal, and Excellent Bitdefender GravityZone Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne gives me clear insight into what’s happening on my clients’ machines. From a single portal, I can see software installs, antivirus threats, and a lot more data than I’ll probably ever be able to fully sort through. On the antivirus side, the integration with Bitdefender GravityZone is amazing. I can source the licenses and manage everything directly through the N1 portal.

The portal itself is very easy to use, logically laid out in my opinion, and fast. I was honestly shocked at how low the price was. I’d always heard that N1 was a “premium, big MSP” product and assumed it might never be within my reach, but it’s very affordable in my opinion.

Support has been great so far, although I’ve only needed to contact them once. Onboarding was also a great experience, and I really appreciate having ongoing access to engineers.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some of the policy settings can be a bit difficult to configure the first time around, and setting up alerts can also be somewhat troublesome initially. That said, the support/onboarding engineers are great and always willing to help.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my opinion, NinjaOne is a premier RMM tool that helps me manage my clients’ machines and stay on top of what’s happening with them. It often makes me aware of potential issues before the client even knows there’s a problem. It also backs up an image of all machines, and it lets me keep RMM, AV, and disaster recovery together in one place.

 ### 23. Easy-to-Navigate Interface with a Well-Designed, Customizable Device Overview

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel G. | IT Field Enginner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I think the interface is easy to use and navigate. It designed well and resembles a lot of web portals tools that we use in our business such as BitDefender and Ubiquiti. I think the overview or summary of devices is well designed with the customization of columns. Its easy to display or sort devices without having to click into each group/location.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The biggest issue we have is the remote accessing tool, it is inconsistent and seems to have issues when updates or patches aren't up to date. I don't know if this happens with other customers but impacts are ability to assist.

Next the one thing I noticed is how the "Last Login" section is determined or calculated. This is a detail we use often when troubleshooting issues and I can tell from the last quarterly patch it has changed. The dates seem to longer and don't refresh on restart. So, we are getting mixed results when it comes to computer usage. We have people with 14 day sessions noted in Ninja but users mention they restarted their device this morning which is a concern.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing devices is the biggest problem for us since we have so many locations. It helps us organize and notate device info very well. If we did not have ninja we would have to resort to azure for device management which has some pros but too many cons given our business needs.

 ### 24. Powerful, Clean UI with Flexible Policies and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a powerful platform with a clean UI that was an increase in functionality for our lean IT team while being more cost effective than our old tool.

Setting up cascading policies has simplified our deployment workflow, while still allowing the flexibility that we need to customize our deployment by specific user need.

We're especially excited that we can manage iPhones and Windows laptops within the same pane of glass - even opening up our small business to use Macbooks where appropriate.

NinjaOne uses obvious design language to let you change things without immediately applying, with a proper Save button that then immediately deploys.

The Pre-Sales, Customer Support, and Solution Engineering team have all been personable and incredibly helpful, with on demand sessions as often as we need to dial in our setup. We're looking forward to completing our deployment!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The learning curve! It's always difficult under time pressure to rethink how you re-organize something. However, I don't think it's an issue with the product - that's because we're moving to a more powerful tool with its own paradigm.

I don't like that different device types have different licenses with specific limits and that NinjaOne changed their policy right as we signed on to have stricter limits between devices. I don't forsee this being a problem, but had that been communicated before signing I would've done a more accurate forecast. NinjaOne has honored our pre-sales communications in writing post-sales, which I greatly appreciated.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using two different tools to manage Windows and iOS devices that were both more expensive per device than NinjaOne is to manage both types.

We have to log in half as much and will have deeper troubleshooting support than with our old tools.

 ### 25. Simple and reliable endpoint management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is how easy it is to use. The interface is clean and straightforward, so it doesn’t take long to find what you need and get things done.

I also appreciate having everything in one place—monitoring, patching, remote access, all of it—so I’m not constantly jumping between a bunch of different tools. That alone makes my day-to-day work feel a lot smoother.

The automation features are a big help as well. Being able to script and automate routine tasks saves me a ton of time. Remote access has also been reliable, which is huge when I need to help users quickly.

Overall, NinjaOne makes managing systems easier and less time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One thing I don’t love is that some of the more advanced stuff (like scripting and automation) can take a bit to get used to. It’s not bad, just a bit of a learning curve if you really want to dive into it.

Reporting could also be better. It works, but it’s a little limited and not as flexible as I’d like.

Other than that, there are occasional small hiccups or slow moments in the UI, but nothing major—just minor annoyances here and there.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps cut down a lot of the manual work that comes with managing multiple endpoints. Instead of having to check systems one by one or use a bunch of different tools, everything is in one place, which makes things way more efficient.

It’s been especially helpful for patching and monitoring. I can stay on top of updates and issues without constantly chasing things down, and automation takes care of a lot of the repetitive tasks.

Overall, it saves time, keeps things more organized, and makes it easier to stay proactive instead of reacting to problems after the fact.

 ### 26. NinjaOne RMM Service: A Centralized Location for Monitoring and Troubleshooting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The part I like best about NinjaOne is the Remote Desktop options. Being able to quickly remote inside our NinjaOne portal to diagnose problems helps resolve tickets quickly and efficiently. There are also times where a computer may have crashed and once the device is back online we can remote into the background and check out the events without disturbing the user. The Remote Desktop gives a lot of functionality that doesn't interrupt a user completely when someone needs to remote in to troubleshoot.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We have ran into trouble patching where some devices are getting certain patches while others are not. There are also times where important patches , for example Windows Security Updates, that automatically fail. This has had us reaching out to support a few times to get a better understanding of why this happens, but support has always been able to help us and get the answer that we need.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a single location to go and look at our devices health along with being able to quickly remote in whenever we need helps us significantly reduce users downtime whenever they encounter an issue. NinjaOne has also enabled us to be able to help support all of remote users the same as we would any of our office users. NinjaOne has also enabled us to test out patches in waves or test certain application deployments to specific users before releasing to the whole firm at one. This helps us do the necessary testing needed and then once we are ready to push the application to everyone we can do it all at once using our different policies.

 ### 27. Clean, Easy All-in-One Platform with Smooth Onboarding and Strong Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate and manage day-to-day tasks efficiently. It works well as an all-in-one platform, bringing together patch management, remote monitoring and remote access in one place, which helps reduce the need for multiple tools.

It was initially brought in as a patch management solution, and this is still one of its strongest areas. It’s reliable and gives clear visibility into vulnerabilities. The integration with tools like Rapid7 helps with CVE tracking and overall risk management, and the AI-driven features are a nice addition, helping to avoid deploying known bad patches and adding more confidence to the update process.

The RMM side of things has made a real difference to day-to-day operations. Real-time monitoring and alerts help catch issues early, and the reporting gives good visibility across endpoints. Remote access is quick and dependable, making it easy to support users without causing disruption. Remote application deployment has also been really useful for rolling out software and keeping everything up to date.

Another feature that stands out is the ability to set up different technician roles. It makes it easier to control access based on responsibilities, which helps with both security and keeping workflows organised.

Automation is a big plus as well. It helps cut down on repetitive tasks, keeps things consistent, and improves overall team efficiency.

Overall, NinjaOne feels like a well-rounded and reliable platform. It’s reasonably priced, performs well, and the onboarding process was smooth with plenty of support along the way. It’s made IT management more streamlined and easier to stay on top of.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The overall experience has been largely positive. Any issues encountered have been quickly and effectively resolved with support from NinjaOne. However, more detailed insight into why patches fail would be a valuable improvement, as additional context would help with troubleshooting and reduce the need for further investigation.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us handle remote management, ticketing, and patch management, including preventing bad updates. It also provides reporting tools that let us monitor our infrastructure environment. On top of that, it includes server monitoring tools and allows us to carry out out-of-hours operations without human intervention.

 ### 28. NINJA ONE the perfect remote and patch management solution for IT administrators.

Another great advantage is the ability to remotely install third-party applications, streamlining software deployment without the need for physical access to each device.

they have introduced network discovery to identify the orphans in the network which rellay a great feature.

On top of all these powerful features, Ninja ONE offers a clean, intuitive, and user-friendly admin portal, making it easy to navigate and manage all tasks efficiently.

Overall, Ninja ONE delivers a robust and comprehensive solution that enhances system management, security, and productivity—making it an excellent choice for IT professionals.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

No automated agent deployment – Manually installing Ninja agents on endpoints is time-consuming. An automated, portal-based deployment option would streamline onboarding and ensure no devices are missed.

 ### 29. NinjaOne’s Versatile Use Cases and Centralized Scripting Shine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The wide range of use cases for NinjaOne shows that it’s far more than just a simple remote connection for work. Scripts can be uploaded and managed centrally, and all the important information is available at a glance. The many small features, along with the prebuilt scripts in particular, have been very helpful for us in several situations.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It takes a very long time after starting my PC or laptop before a connection can be established, and in some cases I even have to restart the device just to be able to connect at all.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us manage and maintain multiple endpoints efficiently from a single platform. With it, we can remotely monitor systems, deploy scripts, automate routine tasks, and resolve issues quickly without needing to be on-site. This has significantly reduced our response times, improved overall system reliability, and minimized manual effort. As a result, we work more efficiently, maintain clearer visibility across all devices, and provide faster support to users.

 ### 30. Fast, Web-Based RMM with Great Integrations and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has a good user interface that is fully web based. We moved from ConnectWise Automate which has missing features in the web interface. Additionally, we like that Ninja focuses on PowerShell and other standard scripting languages. They integrate with tools like SentinelOne and CW PSA which is good for our techs. The performance is quick compared to what we had with CW Automate, specifically the fat client for CW Automate was very slow and Ninja is quick. Pricing is not bad either for the features that you get. We use Ninja Remote and had some issues but their support team has made most of those resolved in a quick period. Their support team is very quick to respond to our problems, and they don't frequently have major outages which is important in an RMM tool

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I dislike that they don't have any AI Scripting features built in. I would like it more if you could just type out what you want the script to do and it builds it for you. We had that with CW Automate, however Ninja doesn't offer that. Being able to for it to automatically create custom fields would be nice as well. Currently, there's a lot of menus to dig through at times which can be it difficult to find the setting that you want to change.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows for us to remotely control and manage endpoints. It's very needed when you are managing hundreds of remote offices and thousands of devices. The policy driven auomation allows for us to setup a policy and for devices to run that policy automatically on a period.

 ### 31. IT Support Lead

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has become an essential part of my daily workflow in supporting our desktop team. It allows me to efficiently assist users remotely from my main system while simultaneously working on other tasks from my laptop, which significantly improves productivity and response time.

One of the most valuable features is the ability to run CMD and PowerShell commands remotely without needing to launch a full remote session. This saves time and makes routine troubleshooting and system updates much more efficient. I also find the quick access to BitLocker recovery keys extremely helpful, especially in urgent situations where users are locked out and need immediate assistance.

Overall, NinjaOne is a reliable and indispensable tool that streamlines remote support, enhances efficiency, and helps deliver a better support experience for our users.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It will be nice if I have a trust session and don't need me to keep logging and provide the passcode from MFA.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just allow me and our desktop team to save time and efficiently resolve issues. We went without NinjaOne for a short period time and our ticket resolve rate drop drastically.

 ### 32. Easy Deployment, Script Runs, and Seamless Background Remote Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose C. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like how easy it is to use, especially the way you can deploy software, run scripts, and now connect directly to a computer in the background without disturbing end users. It makes it much simpler to troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The mobile phone apps still need a lot of improvement. As IT administrators, we all know support requests can come in at any hour, and I wish the mobile app offered more functionality to match the full web version.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used a ManageEngine product for unified endpoint management that was hosted on-prem, and it required downtime every time there was a critical patch so we could ensure the self-hosted server stayed protected from vulnerabilities. Sometimes the upgrade failed, requiring a VM restore from a snapshot backup and then having to depend on their support to assist with remediating a broken upgrade package, leaving the server vulnerable until resolved. Their cloud-based subscription was priced about the same as NinjaOne, but it didn’t include all the features that came with their on-prem version. NinjaOne fit our needs, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.

 ### 33. Easy-to-Use UI with a Powerful Dashboard and Activity Logging

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The UI is easy to use, the dashboard is useful for getting a sense of the different vulnerabilities impacting your organization. The activity logging is helpful to monitor patching activities on each machine, previous patching solutions didn't log patching activities as well as NinjaOne does so you would be completely in the dark on what your machines are doing.

Installation of the agents are quick and easy and don't seem to take up too much machine resources such as CPU or memory.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I really don't like not having the ability to effectively search specific patches and what machines either have them installed or have them pending. Also SQL Server patches are considered O/S updates in the NinjaOne system I would prefer to have them as software patches so that we have more control on how they're approved.

I also wish there was better scheduling or patching around patch Tuesday. Currently I have to schedule patches for frequency 10 days, 2nd Tuesday. It works correctly but it's just messy. Instead it should be PAtch Tuesday, days after.

I also want 3rd party software that's installed to automatically be listed in the software tab instead of adding each software manually.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm impressed with the Product Roadmap page and having visibility of all the different solutions NinjaOne is adding or currently working on. They've done a great job of improving their product in the short time we've been customers.

 ### 34. Easy Remote Access and Background Software Deployment with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spencer A. | Information Technologist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has made remoting into machines such an easy process and has removed the need for RDP on our in office machines. The ability to push out software in the background and reduce employees downtime is so nice also.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Most of my issues simply come from my ignorance and not being fully familiar with everything. The processes that I use regularly I do not have any issues with.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me the biggest thing again is the ability to easily to remote into any of our machines in the office so quickly. That has been a tremendous help with setting up systems and managing ones that are already in place.

 ### 35. Well-Organized and Easy to Use, with Clear Tracking and Records

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is that the application is well organized and easy to use. It provides a clear overview, which makes it simple to navigate and manage tasks. I also find it very useful that everything is properly tracked and recorded in the system.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

one think i dislike about NinjaOne is that connecting to a Mac device can be less easy. Users often have to manually enable multiple permissions one by one, instead of simply accepting all access at once. This can be confusing for less experienced Mac users and makes it take longer to establish a remote session with the right permissions.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the problem of tracking and monitoring IT activities by providing clear and detailed logs. This benefits me because I can easily look back at what has happened on a device, which helps me identify issues faster and even prevent problems before they get worse. Because everything is well recorded, it makes troubleshooting much easier and more efficient

 ### 36. Cohesive Single Pane of Glass with Fast Remote Access and Practical Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Umesh J. | Technical Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Single pane of glass that actually works: devices, alerts, patching, and remote tools all feel cohesive.

Fast, reliable remote access: it just connects, which matters more than flashy features.

Automation that’s practical: policies and scripting save real time, not just check a box.

Great support and rapid improvements: they listen and ship updates that make sense for MSPs/IT teams.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting can feel limited: it’s clean, but sometimes not customizable or detailed enough for exec-level or compliance reporting.

Advanced automation has a learning curve: basic stuff is easy, but more complex workflows can require extra scripting and trial-and-error.

Some features aren’t as deep as best-of-breed tools: things like ticketing, MDM, or third-party integrations may not fully replace specialized platforms.

UI trade-offs: the simplicity is great, but it can mean extra clicks or less granular control in certain areas.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves time — routine tasks that used to take hours can run automatically.

Reduces risk — fewer unpatched systems and faster resolution of issues.

Simplifies workflows — one platform instead of stitching together separate tools.

Improves user satisfaction — quicker response times and fewer disruptions.

 ### 37. Top-End Software for Easy Management of Endpoints and Tickets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Having all my devices in one place is really convenient, and it makes it much easier to keep everything organized. I also like that I can set up and run automation without much hassle using scripts, which keeps things flexible and straightforward. I use it all the time, and it’s very easy to work with different applications through Ninja’s API.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nothing really comes to mind. If I think hard about it, the only thing I can suggest is being able to middle-click a device name in a ticket so it opens that device’s page in a new tab. That way, I wouldn’t have to navigate away from the ticket I’m currently working on. It would be a small but nice quality-of-life improvement; aside from that, I don’t see anything I dislike.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to manage and monitor endpoints across our business. It’s especially helpful when we need to connect to a client and see the issue for ourselves, even when we’re too far away to be there in person. Being able to reach our clients exactly when they need us, even if we’re out of hours, is a big help. The automated services also let us schedule changes in advance, which makes planning and follow-through much easier.

 ### 38. Cohesive Ticketing, Powerful Automation, and Fast, Knowledgeable Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joey Y. | Document Management System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I use NinjaRMM every single day, and I love it! I really enjoy that I’m able to work cohesively with Ninja’s ticketing system, from customer requests all the way through connecting to servers or workstations, so I can help customers quickly. I also appreciate the automations, along with the ability to deploy installers or run commands to PCs in batches. I’ve really enjoyed being able to open a command-line window to run applications directly through the Ninja portal as well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don’t dislike anything about Ninja. Whenever I’ve had a problem or a question, support has been quick to respond and always seems to know the answer.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaRMM give me a one-stop-shop to access, manage, and control our organization and our customer organizations. It lets us focus on the problems at hand instead of the hassle of connecting to VPN and various remoting software. Ninja is the most comprehensive and powerful RMM tool that I have used in my professional career. I am proud to be a fellow Ninja!

 ### 39. Highly reccomend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt G. | IT Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I use NinjaOne every day. It's great for customer support and managing mobile devices. It has a lot of useful features, including automatically pushing out scripts to customer's devices, remotely viewing device events and usage, seamless integration with Teamviewer and Splashtop. The features are very easy to use, and the software was easy to implement when we started using it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

MFA always asks for a code from the microsoft athenticator app, rather than give a code to be typed on the app. (I'm just being picky)

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja allows for easy remote desktop connections to user's laptops.
Can push out scripts automatically at set times, and to a dynamic selection of devices

 ### 40. Great Policy Management and Features, Much Better Than Competitors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parker B. | Network Engineer & IT Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The management, policy, and "pyramid" policy structure is one of my favorite parts, alongside the nice features like live console. We attempted using other RMMs like ConnectWise and were extremely unhappy with the glitchiness, missing features, and overall less capable platforms. We have deployed this across our entire fleet and have switched our entire teams remote access to it. Deploying the RMM agent is extremely easy with the installer. I have had to use customer support once or twice and each time they have been super helpful and quick to respond. This again, compares from previous experiences with other companies, that had less than stellar support to say the least.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The biggest gripe I have had with ninjaOne so far is with End Users - Even when adding an End User to a company, I have to manually assign computers to them. I do wish that was more automated. I would also love to see the use of Ninja AI in the script creation tool - Would be really nice to have some additional AI help with building scripts.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a wide range of PC's with less than knowledgable users. Its extremely beneficial to be able to implement automatic things like emptying of the recycling bin, clearing caches, reboots, etc. To keep their PC's working as expected. Its also nice to be able to install software without their input, get notifications when they do something that we don't want them to be doing(like installing other softwares), and being able to remote in at a moments notice. The prebuilt script library has saved a lot of time with things like account management and computer setup as well. While we havent really looked into Backups, its something I have my eye on as well.

 ### 41. NinjaOne Streamlines Ticketing, Onboarding, and Proactive Alerts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne helps organise tickets and allows for customisation in many different fields, alert generation when needed and more. My team onboards people with ease and it is easy to integrate a client into the existing tenancy. NinjaOne warns in advance for any planned performance issues and performance is pretty uniform over long periods of time.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

When performance drops, it can drop quite drastically, but support is never cut off completely. I do think Mac support could be a bit better, and the same goes for Linux, although the challenges involved there are understandably difficult. The UI changes very rarely; recently, some of the colours were updated, which will be welcome to some people but not to others. AI is included as a feature but isn’t forced, which is pleasant.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps the team stay on track and helps productivity rise amongst us all. The time tracking helps define weak points or projects that have taken a specific amount of time, whether it be too long or if they were sorted quicker than expected.

 ### 42. Clear and Customizable, but Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like NinjaOne because it is clear, which is very important so that one can quickly find their way around and colleagues who only use it in emergencies can find everything quickly. I appreciate the strong customizability, as there are many scripts and you can control everything through the policies, including the automated installation of applications. Additionally, I find it great that you always learn something new – that 'Aha moment'. Furthermore, I find the help from NinjaOne/Dojo very useful for getting support when you don't know how to implement certain scenarios. The setup is actually quite okay and the user interface is designed to be easily understandable, so you can navigate through it on your own.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

In case certain Windows updates or applications cannot be updated, there are sometimes too few logs to know what the issue is. With the applications, I'm more in the dark. Sometimes you don't know why certain things don't work (automatically installing/updating applications), better logs would be desirable here. There could be more scripts in the templates. So far, I haven't found any automation in the documentation - if it doesn't exist, it would be desirable, e.g., reading AD, scanning the network, etc., so that you can create documentation semi-automatically.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find NinjaOne offers a fast connection to clients and servers, as well as a quick overview of events and especially warnings that require urgent action (server down, backups failed, disk failure). It is clear, so you can quickly find your way around, and highly customizable with many automation features, which makes IT management easier.

 ### 43. Top-Notch Policy & Patch Management with Fast, Supportive Help Desk

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like the way NinjaOne handles Policy Management, Patch Management layouts. Being able to override policies per device is also very useful. Various Integrations such as vulnerability management is a nice to have. Also their built-in live device details and remote tool package are top notch compared to other tools out there in terms of performance. NinjaOne's help desk is also very supportive with quick follow ups and knowledgable troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So far, I do not like the timeline I was given for MDM features being developed and integrated when signing up. Hoping that changes. Also the limitations of file upload size and some processes requiring multiple sets to do easy tasks is a bit annoying. Also a lack of clear pricing when it comes to trying to make account changes

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is rapidly adding quality of life features our organization has requested so far

 ### 44. Easy-to-Use RMM with Time-Saving Automation, Reliable Alerts, and Fast Remote Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is very easy to use and has a clean interface that makes it simple to navigate. The automation features save a lot of time, especially for routine tasks like patching and monitoring. The alerting system is reliable and gives clear information about device issues. The remote access tools are fast and responsive. Reporting is also straightforward and useful for audits or tracking improvements.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some advanced configuration areas can feel limited compared to more complex RMM platforms. The documentation is helpful but could be deeper for certain technical topics. Pricing can also feel high for smaller teams depending on the number of devices. Integrations work well but there is room for more third party options.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps manage devices in a central location which reduces manual workload. It solves problems like missing patches, slow issue detection, and inconsistent monitoring across systems. Automation improves efficiency and gives more time for project work instead of daily maintenance. Remote access speeds up support and reduces the need to physically visit devices. The overall result is a more reliable environment with fewer unexpected issues.

 ### 45. Reliable and intuitive RMM with great backup features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robi K. | IT Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne offers a clean and responsive interface, making endpoint management incredibly efficient. The RMM capabilities are robust and easy to deploy across client environments. We particularly appreciate how seamless the SaaS and server backup integrations are - reliable, straightforward, and low-maintenance. It saves our MSP team a lot of time and ensures client data is protected without us needing to babysit the system. The platform is fast, updates roll out smoothly, and support is responsive when needed.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Downloading SaaS backup data is a bit of a hussle, but nothing else.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us centralize and automate remote management of client endpoints, which saves our team a significant amount of time and effort. It solves the problem of fragmented tools by giving us RMM, monitoring, and backup in a single platform. The SaaS and server backup features provide peace of mind that client data is protected and easily restorable. With proactive monitoring and reliable alerts, we’re able to catch and resolve issues before users even notice, leading to a smoother experience for our clients and less reactive work for us.

 ### 46. Modern and User Friendly Asset Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elliot B. | IT Service Desk, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

When compared to othe roptions, Ninja has been a much easier and understanable system to use. The core requirments just work, reliably, and constantly, with constant new feature aditions and communication for support. Setup was simple, like many of these products, one installer and your done. The scripting and API optiosn allow you to go pretty far with automation and integration outside fo the day to day task through the UI.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are some lacluster controls on reporting and visualzing data which sees you need to make some more customs olutons via the API instaid of the UI allowing thsi customisation.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation and overall reliable Asset management tracking

 ### 47. NinjaOne: Great Functionality with Constant Improvements in the Pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard W. | Director, Computer Networking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a great platform for so many reasons. Currently functionality is great and there is always more useful functions in the pipeline. We use it everyday and it has great integrations with other tools we use in our software stack. The software itself is very easy to use and implement, plus everytime we have needed support the support team and our account manager have been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Honestly I have nothing that I dislike. It is one of our very best tools.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows us to manage all our MSP customer devices in a single easy to use application. Patching is automatically controlled so we do not have to worry about endpoints being out of date. Alerts are automatically sent to our PSA when issues are detected on endpoints, so we can follow up immediately. The inbuilt backups provide a reliable method of backing up our clients servers and Microsoft 365 Tenants so we do not need to use additional software.

 ### 48. Ninja Surpasses Other RMMs—A Joy to Use with Easy Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srully K. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I have used many different RMM & Patching Software in the past for both personal and work, and have found consistently that Ninja surpasses the others by a pretty large margin in even the most basic tasks which makes it a joy to use.
The integrations with other software and apps make it easy to implement across a variety of industries as well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I wish there would be a free option for 1-10 devices like other options out there so more people find ninja and then end up moving to it.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all devices across all organizations and making sure they stay updated, secure and easy to access

 ### 49. All‑in‑One Endpoint Management Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** René K. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is its simplicity and reliability. The platform is very intuitive, making device management, monitoring, and automation easy to handle from a single dashboard. It just works, saves time, and gives a great overview of the entire IT environment.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Ticketing Form is not customable for the Systray Icon

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and monitoring endpoints efficiently in a growing IT environment. It centralizes monitoring, patching, remote access, and automation in a single platform, reducing manual effort and tool sprawl. For me, this means faster response times, better visibility across all devices, fewer routine issues, and more time to focus on strategic IT tasks instead of daily firefighting.

 ### 50. Easy Installation and Smooth Remote Support for Onboarding Remote Employees

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chet W. | Director of Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ease of installation for Mac OS devices and Windows devices and how it eases the remote support for the endpoints being supported. Very useful for onboarding remote employees

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I think the scripting support could be improved with some practical examples or tutorials

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Controlling software installation on the endpoints and the ability to patch endpoints with ease or choose not to apply patches. Monitor use of endpoints as well.
